Brza štrudla, jabuke,suvo groždje* Quick Apple Strudel with raisins

Ko ne voli štrudlu od jabuka. Ona može biti klasična sa testom koje sami napravimo ili brza kao ova moja sa lisnatim testom. Posipana sa šećerom u prahu i uz neki sladoled ili šlag je prava popodnevna poslastica uz čaj ili kafu.




Sastojci

2 velike ili 4 male jabuke, oljuštene i siečene na male komade
1 limun, sok
1 šolja suvog groždja
1/4 šolje šećera i 3 kKašike, za posipanje
2 Kašike putera, otopljenog za premazivanje lisnatog testa
1 kora lisnatog testa
1 kašićica cimeta






Priprema
Stavimo žicu u sredinu rerne i predgrejemo na 180 stepeni C.
U činiji izmešamo, jabuke,šećer. cimet,sok od limuna ,I ostavimo da stoji. Ja obično ostavim preko noći
Pobrašnamo radnu površinu i stavimo lisnato testo. Dobro premažemo otopljenim puterom
Na njega stavimo  mešavinu jabuka, odprilike u sredinu, pa ga preklopimo. Ponovo premađemo puterom
Zasečemo nekoliko puta po vrhu, pa sipamo malo šečera
Pečemo oko 40 minuta. Na polovini vremena okrenemo pleh.
Kolač če biti gotov kad je dobio lepu zlatnu boju.

Quick appel Strudel with raisins


There are many ways of making Apple. You can make your dough and fill it.
I find this way really quick and tasty. No kneading, just puff pastry.






Ingredients

2 large  or 4 small apples apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup sugar, plus 3 tablespoons 
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 tsp cinnamon




Create


Position an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, toss the sliced apples with the lemon juice until the apples are thoroughly coated. Add the raisins, 1/4 cup sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Lightly dust the counter or work surface with flour. Lay out pas.
Spread the apple and raisin mixture over the bottom half of the puff pastry square leaving about 1-inch of space along the side edges. Fold the top half of the puff pastry over and pinch to seal the edges together.
Brush the entire strudel with the melted butter and then sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining sugar. Using a serrated knife, make 3 diagonal slits across the top of the strudel.
Place the strudel on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking, until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
