Špikovan jagnjeći but ,pečeno povrće * Spiked Lambs bout ,baked vegetables

Možda ste primetili da često pravim jela sa jagnjetinom. Svi volimo da je jedemo, a ovde je vrlo kvalitetna i cene su pristupačne. Od tradicionalno pečenog, volim da isprobam i one sa raznim začinima. Posebno mi se dopada Marokanski rab, splet začina , koje ja kupim gotove kao mešavinu, a vi ako  želite da ga napravite sami  potrebno vam je: 

2 Kašike slatke aleve paprike
1 kašičica šećera
2 Kašike kima, u prahu
1 Kašika korijandera u prahu
1 kašičica soli
1 kašičica sveže mlevenog crnog bibera
1 kašičica cimeta
2 kašičice sitno seckanog belog luka




Od ovoga ćete dobiti 5 Kašika začina. Ako ne upotrebite sve, sačuvajte u dobro zatvorenoj teglici. Fino je i na ostalom mesu pa čak i na povrću.


Sastojci
1 Jagnjeći but, oko 2 kg
100 g tankih režnjeva slanine
4 čena belog luka
2 grančice ruzmarina
maslinovo ulje
marokanski rab

Od povrća

Po izboru
Ja sam koristila
3 krompira
2 batata
3 paradajza
ceo beli luk neoljušten, samo malo začen na vrhu
2 šargarepe
2 pasternaka
malo ruzmarina
malo timijana
3 paradajza
 2 mala patlidžana





Priprema

Sa malo maslinovog ulja natrljamo jagnjeći but, pa  utrljamo marokanski rab






Zasečemo jagnjeći but na više mesta pa u rasekotine stavimo komadiće belog luka, listove ruzmarina i komadiće slanine




Povrće isečemo  i stavimo u pleh sa malo ulja. Posolimo

Na pleh stavimo žicu, pa na nju stavimo jagnjeći but

Pečemo oko 2 sata na 180 stepeni C
Kad je meso pečeno, pokrijemo ga i ostavimo oko 10 minuta da se odmori

Spiked Lambs bout with baked vegetables

Maybe you have seen that I prepare lambs dishes often, Reason being that we all love lamb, we have excellent quality here and plenty of it, so it is very afordable. I do try to do it different ways so here I spiked it with couple of things and used Moroccan rub. I buy this spice ready made,  but if you wish to make your own you should mix:





2 TBS of sweet paprika
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of sugar
1 TBS of ground coriander
1 tsp of salt
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
freshly grinded black peper



This will yield 5 TBS of spice, if you do not use all , keep it in a close jar and use on pother meats or even on vegetables

Ingredients

2 kg lambs bout
100 g of bacon strips
3 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Moroccan rub

Vegetables
To your choice
I used
3 potatoes 2 sweet potatoes
2 parsnips
3 tomatos
1 whole  unpeeled garlic
2 small aubergines
2 carrots



Create

Rub lamb wit some olive oil. Cuts small slits in the skin and put garlic , bacon and rosemary leaves in it
Rub in with Moroccan rub.



Cut your vegetables and put them in roasting pan with some oil.Salt.

Put a roasting rack on top and put lamb leg on it.

Roast for 2 hours on 180 Degrees C. Rest the meat for about 10 minutes
