Kolač sa djumbirom i burbonom





Kad god  vidim u kolaču neki ,koji sastoji djumbir moram da  probam
Tako je i ovaj kolač zaista fantastičan



Sastojci

1/2 šolje ulja
140 g putera
2 2/3 šolje braon šećera
4 velika jaja
1  Kašika rendanog djumbira
1 šolja mleka
1/2 šolje jogurta
1/2 šolje kokosovog mleka
4 1/3 šolje prosejanog brašna
2 1/2 kašičice sode bikarbone
2  limete,rendane i sok
1 1/2  kašićica djumbira u prahu


Premaz sa burbonom

340 g omekšanog putera
120g krem sira
1/4 šolje burbona
1 kašičica vanile
900 g šećera u prahu
Rendana korica od 2 limete

Ingredients

1/2 cup of oil
140 g butter
1 2/3 cup brown sugar
4  large eggs
1 TBS grated ginger
1 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1/ cup coconut milk
4 1/3 cup sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp  baking powder
2 limes,zest and juice
1 1/2 tsp ground  ginger

Frosting

340 g soft butter
120 g creme cheese
1/4 cup bourbon
1 tsp vanilla extract
900 g icing sugar
Zest of 2 limes

Priprema
Method

Predgrejemo rernu na 180 stepeni Celzija / Preheat oven at 180 Degrees Celsius
U činiji izmiksamo ulje ,jaja i braon šećer oko 3 minuta /  Mix eggs ,oil and brown sugar  ca,3 minutes


U činiji izmiksamo ulje ,jaja i braon šećer oko 3 minuta
Add eggs one by one,than ginger en zest and juice of  2 limes


U posebnoj činiji umutimo,mleko jogurt i mleko od kokosa
In separate bowl mix milk,yogurt and coconut milk


Zatim u činiji promešamo  prosejano brašno,sodu bikarbonu i djumbir u prahu
In another  bowl combine sifted flour,baking soda and ground ginger


Sada sve spojimo i rukom dobro izmešamo
With hand combining everything



Sipamo testo u okrugli pleh,čije smo dno  prekrili papirom za pečenje
Put  cake mix in a spring form ,lined bottom with parchment paper


Pečemo 50 do 60 minuta.Ako vrh testa previše porumeni stavimo srebrnu foliju

Bake 50 to 60 minutes.If your  cake starts burning on top,put some silver foil (preferable before burning)



Premaz

U činiji miksera stavimo puter i miksamo dok dobije lepu svetlu boju.Oko 10 minuta.Zatim dodamo
krem sir,šećer u prahu, burbon i vanilu.Miksamo još 5 minuta.
Ostavimo u frižider oko 10 minuta
Izvadimo kolac iz pleha i okrenemo da dno bude na vrhu.Presečemo na pola.Prvu polovinu premažemo,poklopimo i vrh  takodje premažemo.


Frosting

In mixer bowl mix the butter till light and fluffy. About 10 minutes
Add creme cheese,icing sugar,bourbon and vanilla. Mix.Mix another 5 minutes.
Leave about 10 minutes  in the fridge,
Take the cake out of the tin and turn upside down,to have even top of the cake.Slice in half and ice and frost the first half. Put the other half on the top and ice the whole cake, I sprinkled some lemon curd on top

Ja sam vrh kolača još dekorisala kremom od limuna.
