Laban Bil Bayed ( jaja u kuvanom jogurt sosu i belom luku) * Eggs cooked with yogurt an garlic sauce

Nešto fino iz Libanona za doručak. Sa parčetom prženog hleba, ukus je fantastičan.U receptu se traži sušena nana, ja sam koristila svežu jer je imam jako mnogo u bašti.

Sastojci 

2 šolje Laban Mutboukh
3 ćena iseckanog belog luka
1 kašičica soli
1 kašičica bibera
2 kašičice sušene, mlevene nane
14 šolje masla ili otopljenog ulja od kokosa
6 jaja




Priprema

Iseckani beli luk izmešamo sa solju i mlevenom suvom nanom.



Zagrejemo puter ili kokosovo ulje i dinstamo beli luk oko 5 minuta

Sada sipamo kuvani jogurt u jednu vatrostalnu posudu ili kao ja u rameskine

Razbijemo na to jaja, pazimo da žumance ostane celo

Sipamo mešavimu belog luka na to i pečemo oko 20 minuta u rerni na 180s stepeni C

Laban Bil Bayed , Eggs cooked with Yogurt in garlic sauce




Nice Lebanese breakfast dish. Never cooked yogurt till now for this dish. The recipe is HERE.
I made it in individual ramekins and because I have a plenty in the garden I used fresh mint.
This dish is divine with toasted piece of sourdough bread


Ingredients

  • 2cups laban mutboukh
  • 3 clovest garlic, crushed
  • 1tsp salt & pepper
  • 2teaspoons dried mint
  • 14cup clarified butter or coconut butter, melted
  • 6eggs

Create


  1. Crush the garlic with 1/2 tsp salt and blend in the mint (crush the mint so it is a course powder).
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a frying pan and add the garlic mixture, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the cooked yogurt into a shallow ovenproof dish.


  4. Break the eggs and place them evenly on the yogurt (careful not to break the eggs).
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the eggs and bake for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are cooked (hard), on 180 Degrees C
