Čim sam ugledala ovaj recept kod Nadie , znala sam da ću ga isprobati. Miris bosiljka mi je očaravajući , a mogu vam reći da je spoj ukusa , prženog anansa , kremastog jogurta i šećera sa bosiljkom , a sve prožeto mirisom i ukusom limete , pravo uživanje.
Sastojci
1 manji ananas ili pola većeg
1 limeta , rendana korica i onda isečena na kriške
100 ml grčkog jogurta
2 kašičice šećera
10 listova , bez drške , svežeg bosiljka
malo putera
Priprema
U avanu istucamo bosiljak sa rendanom koricom limete i 1 kašićicom šećera, dok dobijemo glatku masu. Zatim umešamo loš jednu kašičicu šećera. Boja je predivna, ukus fenomenalan
Oljuštimo ananas pa isečemo na kriškehttps://nadialim.com/ržimo u malo putera oko 2 minuta sa svake strane.
To je sve.
Poslužimo ananas , posut šećerom od bosiljka, uz malo jogurta i kriška limete.

Grilled pineapple , Basil Sugar and Lime
When I spotted this recipe by Nadia , I knew I am going to try it. And lucky I did. I would wish that I could make you smell the dish. Basil sugar is such a discovery. And how it complements sweet taste of baked pineapple.Lime cuts through everything although not overpowering. And creamy greek yogurt gives it extra body. Divine!
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple 1
- 1 tsp butter or coconut oil
Basil and lime sugar
- basil leaves about 10 (remove all stems)
- lime zest of 1
- white sugar ¼ cup
To Serve
- natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt 1/2 cup
- coconut thread or coconut flakes 2 tablespoons, lightly toasted
- lime 1, cut into 4 wedges
Create
- Cut the skin off pineapple using a sharp knife. Cut pineapple in half lengthways, then slice 1cm thick. Cut out a tough inner core from each piece.
- Heat butter in a grill pan on medium to high heat. Grill pineapple for about 2 minutes each side or until caramelised. Alternatively, cook pineapple on the barbeque.
- To make the basil lime sugar, bash basil leaves and lime zest with 2-3 teaspoons of the sugar in a mortar and pestle, until a green paste forms. Add remaining sugar and mix into the paste with a teaspoon – it will turn into bright green sugar!
