Vanilice * Vanilla cookies

Moralo je i ovo stići na red

Ko ne zna mirisne vanilice, one koje ste uvek jedva čekali da mama ispeče i nikad ih nije dosta,
Ovo je bilo za moje male goste , pa sam ih umesto džemom punila nutelom.

Svejedno sve je planulo za tren. Srećom odvojih nekoliko komada, jer naravno moram i ja da probam
Šteta je da ovde nema masti, inače onda budu još mnogo ukusnije.


Sastojci


500 g brašna
200g putera
3 Kašike kisele pavlake
2 žumanca
75 g šećera
1 limun, izrendana korica
1 kašičica vanila ekstrakta
Šećer u prahu , za posipanje
Nutela




Priprema

Umutimo šećer i puter , dok se šećer ne istopi i masa je kremasta



Dodamo prosejano brašno, jaja  i  vanilu, umesimo glatko meko testo



Razvijemo testo oko prsta debljine i vadimo modlicama u obliku koji želimo



Redjamo na ravnom plehu na koji smo prethodno stavili pek papir

Pečemo na 180 stepeni C oko 20 minuta


Vanilice treba da budu  pećene ali još uvek bele

Ostavimo da se ohlade pa ih spajamo nutelom
Uvaljamo u šećer u prahu i uživamo

Vanilla cookies


This is cookie from my childhood. One of those that you can not wait that they are ready. Although they taste much better after kept few days in the tin , I can not remember they made it ever longer than the first round

Those are filled with jam but I used Nutella for my little guests. I had to hdie  afew for mzself to try. I do hope you give it a go.

Ingredients

500 g flour
200g butter
2 egg yolks
1 lemon rind grated
1 tsp vanilla extract
Nutella for filling
Icing sugar for dusting



Create

Cream butter and sugar until sugar dissolved and mixture creamy

Add vanilla , lemon zest and egg yolks

Sift in flour and make soft even dough

Roll dough out about finger thick and take with cookie cutter (round or whichever you choose), cookies out

Arrange on flat baking tray and bake on 189 Degrees C for 20 minutes. The cookies should be baked but not brown.

Connect 2 with Nutella between them

Sprinkle with loads of Icing sugar.

Traditionaly this is made with lard but I can not get it here exept for the salty version which is not suitable.
