Mora se Indijcima priznati majstorstvo u spremanju karija od povrća,. Idealno za dane bez mesa. Uz neke može još da se ispeče i njihova lepinjica i uživanje uz ukusno jelo sa malo truda.
Sastojci
- 1 karfiol, srednje veličine
- 1 konzerva leblebije , 200 g
- 2 Kašike ulja
- 1 Krompir
- Kašike crvene čili paste
- 1 Kašika kurkume
- 1 kašičica semena senfa
- 1 l bistre supe
- 1 šolja kokosovog mleka
- 1 limun, sok
- Rukohvat svežeg korijandera . iseckan..i peteljke
- Priprema
Izdinstamo nekoliko minuta iseckan crni luk na umerenoj temperaturi. Dodamo čili pastu, kurkumu i seme senfa. promešam ispržimo još jedan minut. Zatim uspemo bistru supu i dodamo leblebije i krompir.. Dinstamo 10tak minuta
Dodamo iscepkane ružice karfiola i lorber i dinstamo još 20tak minuta
Pre serviranja uspemo kokosovo mleko i sok od limuna. Pospemo iseckanim korijanderom

- Cauliflower and Chickpeas curry
- We have to give it to Indians, they are master of vegetable curries. Ideal for days without meat. If you make effort and make some Indian flat bread you will have quick extra tasty meal.
- Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion , chopped
- 3 tbsp curry paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 200g chickpeas
- 1l vegetable or chicken stock
- 1 large cauliflower , broken into florets
- 1 large potato , diced
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
- small pack coriander, chopped
- juice 1 lemon
Create
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion until soft, about 5 mins. Add the curry paste, spices and chickpeas , then stir to coat chickpeas in the onions and paste. Pour over the stock and simmer for 20 mins, then add the cauliflower, potato and a little extra water if it looks a bit dry.
Simmer for about 12 mins until the cauliflower and potatoes are tender. Stir in the yogurt, coriander and lemon juice
