Sveža tunjevina salata na Wonton testu* Fresh Tuna salad on Wonton Wrappers

Recept nije moj. Gledala sam dok ga je moja drugarica Rachel. poreklom Kineskinja spremala i kad sam ovo probala, morala sam da podelim sa vama. Ja svežu tunjevinu jako volim ali je ovde užasno skupa. Jedna je od riba najbogatijih Omegom3. Ne preporučuje se trudnicama!
U ovom receptu balans začina je takav da vam se u ustima kad zagrizete u krckavo Wonton testo, pa potom u salatu,  odjednom desi Peta Simfonija. Jedan po jedan oni vam odsviraju takav ukus i aromu da Vam ne mogu opisati. A eto muziku sam asocirala sa Rachel ,jer ona svira u filharmoniji u Aucklandu,  ali za mene je i kraljica orijentalne kuhinje i mnogo toga sam od nje naučila.

Sastojci

1 komad sveže tunjevine , oko 200 g
1 zeleni iseckani luk
1 avokado
1 Kašika susam ulja
1 Kašika čili sosa
1 Kašika Suši sirćeta
1 Kašika ulja od Rena
so i biber, po ukusu
sok od 1 limete




Priprema

Iseckamo luk i pripremimo avokado
Dodajemo sve začine
Samo na kratko, oko 1 minut sa svake strane propržimo tunjevinu
Isešemo na kocke
Dodamo i izmešamo

Wonton testo kupujemo gotovo i onda pravimo u njemu wontone (punjeno testo). Sada je samo hrskavo isprženo


Ovde su poslužili kao  tanjir za salatu i bolje kombinacije nema

Fresh Tuna salad, on Wontons wrappers




This is not my Recipe.My friend Rachel made it. But it is so good I had to share it with you.
I love fresh tuna, it is such a pity it is so expansive.. It is one of the richest sources of Omega 3. Not recommended for pregnant woman.

This salad is so tasty I can not start to describe it. When you first bite into the crispy wontons, and than in tuna salad, suddenly the 5th Symphonie of  aroma and taste starts to play in your mouth!. One by one they reach your senses and you are totally indulging every bite.

Association with music came to me because Rachel is  musician who plays in Philharmonia Orchestra , but for me she is a Queen of Oriental cuisine. I learned a lot from her and hope to learn even more

Ingredients

1 fresh Tuna piece, 200 g
1 green onion, sliced
1 avocado, peeled and cut
1 TBS Sesame Oil
1 TBS Sushi Vinegar
1 TBS Horseradish Oil
1 TBS Chilli sauce
Juice of one lime
salt and pepper to taste
1 pack of ready to  bake Wonton wrappers



Create

Slice green onion and avocado
Bake tuna just one minute on each side, cut in chunks.
Make dressing of all ingredients and add tuna and greens. Mix

Prepare your wontons, by making little open wrapper
Bake them couple of minutes till brown and crisp.

Pile tuna salad on it and the enjoyment can begin!
