Kruška i gorgonzola tart * Pear and Gorgonzola tart

Ako niste još probali ovu kombinaciju a ljubitelj ste budjavog sira, onda što pre na posao. Uživanje je neopisivo.A vreme pripreme kratko. A sastojci minimalni. Ako pak ne volite budjavi sir vi ga izostavite i opet će biti ukusno

Sastojci

1 pakovanje kora za pitu
2 kruške, zrele
50 g budjavog sira, ja sam koristila gorgonzolu
2 Kašike džema od breskve
20 g oraha
20 g smedjeg šećera




Priprema

Kruške isečemo na kriške (očistimo seme)
U pleh za tart naredjamo , prvo koru (oko 6 listova), svaki list premažemo puterom.
Sipamo džem medju kruške. Pospemo smedjim šećerom


Pečemo oko 15 minuta. Pri kraju dodamo seckane orahe



Kad izvadimo tart izmrvimo sir medju kruškama
Neko muskatno vino ide odlično uz ovaj tart

Pear and Gorgonzola Tart

If you never made tart like this but love blue cheese than it is about time for this indulgence. Combination is amazing. Preparation is easy and ingredients are few. If you do not like blue cheese, you can make it without it



Ingredients

Few sheets of puff pastry (6)
2 pears cut in slice, core removed
50 g  gorgonzola, or other blue cheese
20 g brown sugar
3 TBS peach jam
20g crumbled walnuts



Create

Line tart dish with sheets of puff pastry. Butter each
Arrange pear slices. Put jam in between


Sprinkle with brown sugar
Bake on 200 Degrees C for approx 15 minutes
When out of oven but still warm , sprinkle gorgonzola pcs.
Goes really well with some Muscat wine
