Salata cvekla i sveža tunjevina, Losos pržen buranija , batat pire* Beetroot salad with fresh tuna, Salmon baked , green beans sweet potato mash

Ovo je jedna super večera. kao predjelo salata sa svežom tunjevinom i cveklom i glavno jelo pečen losos sa duka koricom, grilovanim limunom i ostalim prilozima.

Brzo i ukusno

Sastojci

Za salatu

2 do tri cvekle , grilovane oljuštene i isečene na tanje kriške
1 komad sveže tunjevine oko 200 g
1 crni luk
ulje i sirče
Pržen kikiriki za posipanje
2 tvrdo kuvana jaja
so i biber, po ukusu



Priprema

Cveklu zavijemo u srebrnu foliju, pa u rerni na visokoj temperaturi pečemo oko 40 minuta

Izvadimo, oljuštimo i isečemo na tanke kriške

Skuvamo jaja i oljuštimo. isečemo na četvrtinke

Crni luk isečemo na tanke kolutove.

Tunjevinu vrlo kratko , oko 2 minuta sa svake strane ispržimo , pa isečemo na tanje komade



Sve poslažemo u  dublji tanjir , pa začinimo, so, biber ulje i sirće

Pospemo sitno iseckanim prženi kikirikijem




Pečen losos sa duka koricom

Sastojci

500 g lososa
50 g dukkah
2 limuna
300 g buranije
300 g batata


Priprema



Svaki komad lososa premažemo sa malo ulja pa sipamo duka na to.


Stavimo pek papir na tepsiju i pečemo oko 15 minuta na 220 stepeni Celzija
Naredjao polovine limuna pored

Uz to služimo 300 g buranije
pire od batata i prženu buraniju

Ja buraniju spremam tao što zagrejem malo ulja pa ispržim beli luk . Dodam opranu buraniju, i dinstam oko 10 minuta. Zasolim.

Beetroot salad with fresh tuna. Oven baked salmon with dukkah crust, green beans, kumara mash.


This is an easy dinner. The starter is tasty beetroot and fresh tuna salad and main baked salmon with side dishes.

Ingredients Tuna Salad

200 g of fresh tuna
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs
3 roasted, peeled and  thinly sliced beetroot
salt and pepper
oil and vinegar
50 g of roasted chunks of peanuts

Create

Roast the beetroot in the oven on high for about 40 minutes. Wrap in silver foil
peel and cut
Cut the onion
Boil the eggs
bake the tuna for 2 minutes on each side, slice thinly

Assemble the salad and season



Baked salmon

Ingredients

500 g salmon
50 g of dukkah
2 lemons
300 g of kumara (sweet potato)
300 g of green beans
2 cloves of sliced garlic

Create

Put some oil on salmon and sprinkle dukkah on it

Bake in the oven on 220 Degrees Celsius for 15 minutes

Put halves of lemon aside of it

Serve with green beans and kumara mash. I make green beans by heating some oil, frying garlic and then saute beans for about 10 minutes
