Bio je kurs kuvanja i dečica su se učila tu dva i po sata da spremaju nešto od morskih plodova.
Ja sam to vreme iskoristila na ribljoj pijaci da nabavim neke morske plodove, koje sam onda spremala u ovoj paradi morskih plodova. Rakove sa mekom ljuskom Crne rakove ( korišćeni u receptu), jakobinke, školjke,,losos, knedlice punene mesom od paue ( školjka) i džinovske kozice
Postavljam samo recept za Biber rak. Uživajte
Sastojci
1.5 kg rakova
3 Kašike ulja
3 čena belog luka
1 Kašika sitno rendanog djumbira
3 zelene čili papričice, očišćene od semenki
2 Kašike Oyster Sosa
2 Kašike tamnog Soja sosa
2 Kašike blagog Soja sosa
1 Kašika šećera
2 Kašike krupno mlevenog crnog bibera
Svež korijander
Priprema
Napuniti veliku posudu vodei pustite da prookuva.
Dodajte rakove kuvajte 5 minuta. Skinite
i ohladite. Isecite telo na pola i izvucite krakove. Zagrejte ulje u voku na visokoj temperaturi.
Dinstajte rakove 2 minuta. Uklonite iz voka i ostavite na stranu. Smanjite temeraturu na sredinu; dodajte beli luk, đumbir i čilije. Dinstajte 3 minuta, često mešajući. Dodajte sos od ostriga, tamni sojin sos, tanki sojin sos i šećer. Smanjite toplotu na nisko i poklopite 30 sekundi. Dodajte biber i vratite rak u vok; Mešajte i zalivajte sa sosom Poslužite sa*****************************************************korijanderom.
Seafood Galore, Black pepper Crab

Posting the only Recipe for Black Pepper Crab which I also loved most of all other dishes
Ingredients
2 (1 1⁄2-lb.) crabs
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1 tbsp. peeled and finely chopped fresh ginger
4 Thai or green serrano chiles, seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. thin soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Create
Boil a large pot of water over high heat; add crabs and boil 5 minutes. Remove and cool. Turn each crab on its back; lift and remove apron (it should bring the intestinal tube with it). Remove and discard fuzzy gills on both sides and creamy, yellow tomalley in the center. Cut body in half and pull off legs. Crack legs and claws at the joints with a nutcracker.
Heat oil in a wok or a large skillet over high heat. Sauté crab pieces 2 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Turn down heat to medium; add garlic, ginger, and chiles. Cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, thin soy sauce, and sugar. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 seconds.
Add pepper and return crab to wok; stir until coated with sauce. Serve garnished with cilantro.
