Supa od belog luka* Sopa de Ajo* Garlic Soup

Divna kremasta supa. Za ljubitelje belog luka, prava stvar. Kastelanski pastiri su je pravili u zimskim danima da ih  zagreje i pročisti sinuse.

Sastojci

1/4 šolje maslinovog ulja
10 čena belog luka, sitno nasečenog
600 g starog hleba isečenog na kocke.
1 Kašika Španske dimljene aleve paprike (Piemento)
1/2 šolje suvog belog vina
4 šolje pileće bistre supe
2 jaja ,malo izmućena
so i sveže mleven crni biber
rukohvat svežeg peršuna

Priprema

U zagrejano ulje , na srednjoj temperaturi, dodamo hleb  i propržimo ga mešajući, oko 5 minuta.

Dodamo beli luk, piemento, so i biber. Kuvamo 3 minuta. Dodamo vino i kuvamo još 3 minuta.

Uspemo pileću supu i umućena jaja, na niskoj temperaturi kuvamo 15 minuta.



Pre serviranja pospemo seckanim peršunom

Garlic Soup. 


Great simple soup if you love garlic. Made by Castelanian shepherds during winter to warm them up and clear sinuses.



Ingredients

14 cup olive oil
10 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
6 oz. country bread, torn into 12" pieces
1 tbsp. Spanish hot paprika
12 cup dry white wine
4 cups chicken stock
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley, for garnish




  • Create


Pour the olive oil into a pot. Turn the heat to medium-high and add the cubed bread. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often until the bread is lightly browned. Toss in the garlic, pimentón, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well, and cook for 3 minutes. Add wine and cook further for 3 minutes



Pour in the stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.  Add eggs and mix them in, Cook for 15 minutes.
