Ovo je za sve Vas koji volite ljuto. Uz dobar Indijski hleb , meso vam neče nedostajati.
Još samo da napomenem, za one koji ne mogu nabaviti tamarind, da kao zamenu možete koristiti mešavinu soka limete i malo smedjeg šećera.

Sastojci
1 šolja pirinča
1 šolja sočiva
3 Kašike Ghee
1 čili papričica, iseckana
1 kašičica senfa u zrnu
1 kašičica korijandera u zrnu
1 kašičica kima (cumin),u zrnu
1 paradajz, isečen
2 Kašike paradajz pirea
so, po ukusu
2 štapića cimeta
5 karanfilića, celih
3/4 šole Tamarind vode
1 kašičica peskavice
rukohvat bamije i buranije
mali rukohvat svežeg korijandera
2 Kašike mlevenog kokosa
10 komada indijskog oraha
Priprema
Skuvamo pirinač i sočivo. U ekspres loncu , ovo ide jako brzo ili u šerpi oko 20 minuta
U tiganju istopimo Ghee pa propržimo zrna senfa.Kad počne da pucketa , sklonimo.
U istom tiganju dodamo još malo Ghee pa kratko propržimo indijski orah. Izvadimo
Istucane začine dodamo u tiganj i vrlo kratko propržimo
Sada dodajemo malo vode, tamarind vodu, paradajz, paradajz pire, isečenu čili papričicu, so. Pustimo da krčka oko 5 minuta. Zatim dolijemo još vode i uspemo pirinač i sočivo.Dodamo kokos, i krčkamo par minuta.
Pre posluženja pospemo indijski orah i isečen korijander

Bisibelebath, Indian spiced rice and lentils
This is for all of you that love spicy. Believe me with a nice piece of Indian flat bread you will not miss meat at all.
Ingredients
1 cup rice
1 cup soaked lentils
3 Tbsp Ghee
41 tsp Mustard seeds
2 Cinnamon sticks
5 Cloves
1 sprig Curry leaves
3/4 cup Tamarind water
Salt to taste
10 cashews Cashews - 8-10
1 Tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 Tbsp of shredded coconut
1 Chilli pepper, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp of coriander seeds, crushed
1 tsp of fenugreek seeds, crushed
handful of okra and green beans
2 Tbsp coconut, shredded
Create
Cook rice and soaked lentils. You can do it together and if you do them in the pressure cooker it will be faster.Otherwise on stove top approx 20 minutes
Add some ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts to golden brown colour, transfer to a bowl & keep aside.
In the same pan, add 2 spoons of ghee and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, reduce the flame to low. Add cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves and fry them for a min. Add cumin and coriander Then increase the temperature and add the tamarind water. Let it boil for 5 mins until the raw smell fades away.
Add okra and green beans.
Add water if required and boil for 2 mins. Now reduce the flame and add the cooked rice &lentils mixture. Mix well
Add salt, fried cashew nuts & coriander leaves. Mix well & switch off the flame after a min. If required, can add some ghee and mix well before switching off the flame.
