Hamburger and thats it..Hamburger i to je to

Ovaj vikend sam toliko jela ali bas da ne bude kako neko reče u komentarima da zabušavam i ne kuvam..evo jedem ovakve jednostavne stvari.Ja sam ovde koristila jagnjetinu,vi naravno možete i drugu vrstu mesa.

Sastojci

700grama Mlevene jagnjetine 

  • 1 luk
  • 1 jaje
  • pola šolje prezli
  • sveži začini, bosiljak, korijander ili peršun
  • 1Kašika morača u zrnu
  • 1 kašičicu paprike
  • so i biber.


Sastavimo

Ovo nije neka nauka.Pomešaj sve u činiji ,osim prezli.Dodajuči jaje dobijete dobar sastav.Bude malo mokro ali to popiju prezle kasnije.Dodaj polako prezle dok masa ne bude presuva ali dovoljno homogena da se mogu praviti pljeskavice ya hamburger. 
Napravi od mešavine 8 komada i stavi na gril ili u tiganj.








Ovo su moji omiljeni hamburgeri ,valjda zato što volim jagnjetinu. I naravno ako ste vični da napravite domaći hlepčić dodate malo salate, paradajza ,može i kriske luka sira i neki sos..odlično.
Past weekend I have eaten so much taht I am having a couple of days off ,but instead eat things like this.Somebody accused me of sabotaging cooking:)
I have used here lambs mince but you can of course use different type of meat.

Ingredients

  • 700g Lamb mince
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • half cup of breadcrumbs (approx)
  • fresh herbs - basil, coriander or parsley
  • 1Tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt / pepper to taste
Assemble

This isn't rocket science. Mix everything together in a bowl, except for the breadcrumbs. Adding the egg really moistens up the mixture, and adding the breadcrumbs is how I dry out the mixture again. Add the breadcrumbs until the mixture is somewhat dry, and is easy to shape into patties.
Shape the mixture into approx 8 patties, and grill or fry to cook.
Add if you can home made buns, cheese slice some greens tomato and some salsa and enjoy
