Mango Lasi * Mango Lassi

Prava stvar  za osveženje. Malo sastojaka a ukus je fantastičan. Ja ga obično pravim kad jedemo nešto ljuto npr. kari. Ranije sam probala i sa svežim mangom ali tu se od jednog manga dobije mala količina voća uzevši u obzir razmere koštice. Osim toga nikad se en izblenduje potpuno jer je meso svežeg manga dosta vlaknasto.

Onda sam isprobala na ovaj način s amangom iz konzerve i to je to. Preporučujem

Sastojci

2 konzerve pirea manga ili polutki, šta nadjete
1/2 šolje nesladjenog jogurta
1/4 šolje mleka
2 šolje kockica leda



Priprema

Kao što rekoh jednostavna. Sve sastojke stavimo u blender i blendamo nekoliko minuta

Mango Lassi




Very simple to make and only few ingredients
We mostly have it when dinner is spice. It is creamy , it is soothing, not too sweet and fantastic taste

I use to make it with fresh fruit which can be quite expansive when you consider how big the stone of this fruit is.
But main reason why i tried something else the fruit never got really finely mashed.
Using canned pulp of fruit gives much better result
