Kuglof , spanać, kisela pavlaka + Savory bundt with spinach and sour cream

Ovaj recept sam negde videla i dopao mi se. Ah da, jedan od mali milion sa liste. Dopalo mi se kako lepo izgleda i naravno ukusan je.

Sastojaka nema mnogo i začas je gotov



Sastojci
1 pakovanje gotovih kora za pitu
500 g kisele pavlake
100 ml jogurta
1 jaje
500 g ( kad je skuvan) , spanaća
50 g putera za premazivanje kora


Priprema

Prvo operemo spanać, pa ga kratko prokuvamo
Iseckamo  i dobro ocedimo
U činiju dodamo jaje, kiselu pavlaku i jogurt



Kore redjamo oko kuglof tepsije, koju smo namastili


 U redu je ako se preklapaju. Kad smo ceo pleh obložili, dobro premažemo puterom.

Sipamo fil pa zatvorimo vrh.




Pečemo na 220 stepeni Celzija oko 35 minuta

Savory bundt with spinach and sour cream

Saw this idea a while ago, can not remember where. Liked the look of it. I do make pies with spinach and feta cheese.
This recipe ended on the list to do and apparently today it is its turn to be done.

There are only a few ingredients and very little work. It doe not look only nice when its done, it tastes nice too.



Ingredients

1 packet of ready puff pastry
500 ml sour cream
100 ml yoghurt
1 egg
500 g spinach ( weight when cooked)
50 g butter for brushing of puff pastry



Create

Clean spinach and boil shortly. Curt and press all the water out

In a bowl mix spinach, sour cream , yoghurt and egg and mix

Butter bundt pan and cover sides and bottom with puff pastry.

Brush with lots of butter

Pour the mixture in and cover the top. Brush with butter

Bake at 220 Degrees Celsius for approx 35 minutes
