Tagliatele Bolonjeze * Tagliatelle Bolognese

Pastu jedemo često. Ne objavim uvek recept, jer šta se može mnogo napisati u vezi toga. Skuvaš kupljenu pastu , napraviš sos. Nekad je zapečeš u bešamel sosu. Obavezno koristiš rendani sir da je pospeš. Može i lepa salatica uz to ili od nje.

Eto neki put i objavim. Ova mi je bila posebno ukusna. Tagliatele , prave sa jajima. Skuvane al dente (na zub). Sos domaći od našeg paradajza i naravno venčali smo sa svim tim i nekoliko lepih začina, kao što je svež bosiljak i origano

Sastojci

500 grama tagliatela
300 g mlevenog mesa
500 ml paradajz sosa
mali rukohvat peršina i nekoliko grančica timijana za ćuftice
mali rukohvat bosiljka i kašičica origana za sos
100 g rendanog parmezana ili kačkavalja
1 mladi seckani luk
So i biber po ukusu




Priprema 

Skuvamo pastu prema ukusu. Al dente oko 15 monuta , mekšu 5 minuta duže.

Napravimo čuftice. Umešamo iseckane začine , timijan i peršun. Dodamo malo bibera i soli i malko ulja da se sve lakše spoji. Napravimo ćuftice



Napravimo sos
U paradajz sos dodamo bosiljak i origano posolimo i zagrejemo. Stavimo ispečene ćuftice u sos nekoliko minuta



Kad je pasta skuvana u sos dodamo nekoliko kašika tečnosti iz paste. Ovo će pomoći , da se pasta bolje lepi za sos ai on se bolje zgusne.

Ocedimo pastu i promešamo u sosu
Pospemo rendanim sirom i gotovo

Tagliatelle Bolognese

I make pasta dishes regularly. We all love it. I do not post it every time. Anyhow,  what much can you say. You boil pasta , make sauce , grate cheese. Sometimes you bake it with addition of vegetables and beschamel sauce.Goes well with salad as side or as salad from pasta.

I liked this one because tagliatelle was really best quality , Italian one made with eggs.

I also used  homemade pasta sauce and with addition of some nice herbs that we married into it it was quite delicious dish



Ingredients


500 g tagliatelle
300 g beef mince
100 g grated cheese
500 ml tomato pasta sauce
small bunch of  basil and few sprigs of thyme for mince balls 
small bunch of parsley and oregano for pasta sauce
1 chopped green onion
salt and pepper, to liking




Create

Put pasta in well salted water when boiling
Cook for 15 minutes for al dente or 5 more minutes for softer. When draining pasta reserve couple of TBSP for adding to the sauce. It makes sauce thicker and also your pasta will stick better to the sauce

Make sauce . Add oregano and chopped basil into the sauce. Salt and pepper



Now combine bought and serve with grated cheese
That simple that delicious
