Kineska supa od parenih jaja* Steamed Chinese egg soup.

Ko bi pomislio da je ova supa sa tako malo sastojaka , tako ukusna. Kad sam je probala i sama sam se začudila kad  sam saznala kako se sprema. Ja sam ovde napravila najjednostavniju. Vi možete dodati i meso, ribu . bistru supu umesto vode, neko povrće. Ovde je jako bitno da imate sitno sito kroz koje čete propasirati umućeno jaje. Ovo sprečava formiranje mehura .Ni moje nije bilo dovoljno sitno ali supa ipak ništa manje ukusna


Sastojci

3 jaja
Vode u istoj količini kao i jaja
So, po ukusu
1 kašičica ulja od susama
Iseckan zeleni luk



Priprema


Jaja razbijemo u posudicu za merenje , da bi smo znali koju količinu vode da dodamo
U lčniji ulupamo dobro jaja , najmanje 1 minut. Dodamo so. Sada dodamo vodu i ulje od susama i sve dobro izmešamo

Stavimo 4 male ili jednu veću posudicu na u posudu za parenje,ja sam to uradila u mojoj bambus korpici.

Voda koja se nalazi ispod posude za parenje, ne sme dodirivati dno u kome se nalazi činija. Ja sam moju činijicu pokrila još i sa srebrnom folijom.

Pustimo da voda provri pa smanjimo sasvim temperaturu
U posudu sipamo mešavinu jaja kroz sito.  Poklopimo.    Povećamo temperaturu i parimo 3 minuta. Isključimo ringlu i ostavimo sve poklopljeno još oko 15 minuta



Serviramo sa nasečenim zelenim lukom

Ovo je bilo probno pa je količina od 2 jaja bila dovoljn aza mene vi povećajte količine za koliko osoba pravite.

Steamed Chinese egg soup

hen I first tried this soup and than saw the recipe I could not believe how little ingredients you need to make this tasty dish. I have made very basic one . Feel free to use clear stock, add dried shrimp or meat , vegetables  like carrot or celery... Soup is silky and taste amazing.





Ingredients

2 eggs
Water (same volume as eggs)
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Chopped scallion

Create
Crack 2 eggs in a liquid measuring cup and note the volume. Pour the eggs into a large bowl, add salt, and beat for at least 1 minute. Now measure out water at the same volume as the eggs, and add it to the bowl.  Whisk in the sesame oil, and make sure everything's well combined.
Place 4 little empty ramekins, or like me one big bowl in a steamer over high heat. Be sure the water will not bubble and touch the ramekins during steaming. Once the water boils, turn the heat down to a slow simmer. Then, divide the egg mixture into the ramekins, pouring it through a fine mesh strainer.
Cover the steamer, turn up the heat to high, and steam for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes have elapsed, shut off the heat but keep the steamer covered. Let stand for 14 minutes with the lid firmly covered. Remove from the steamer, sprinkle with scallions, and serve



This was enough for me , eventually for one little person more.If you wish larger quantity adjust above ingredients..
