Dan bez mesa :Dinstani kupus* Meatless Day : Sauted Cabbage



On : Dinstan kupus za vikend?
Ja : Da , pa znaš koliko ga volim, a jedeš ga i ti. Idealno za dan bez mesa.
On: Pa ok ali za vikend uvek praviš onako...nije znao kako , bitno je samo da nije bilo mesa bez kojeg on očigledno ne može. Meni je ručak bio super!

Sastojci

Pola glavice kupusa
2 šaragrepe
! paprika babura
1 crni iseckani luk
2 lista lorbera
2 čena iseckanog belog luka
1 svež paradajz
1 Kašika paradajz pirea
1 šolja  bistre supe
1/ kašičice kima
1/2 kašičice aleve paprike
so i biber, po ukusu



Priprema
Iseckamo sve sastojke , propržimo luk, pa dodamo sve ostalo povrće,  bistru supu, posolimo, pobiberimo i na niskoj temperaturi (bez mešanja) dinstamo 35 mnuta.





Toliko i tako brzo, meni najjelo i masa vremena na dan vikenda da se i odmorim i uživam izvan kuhinje.

On : Pa i nije tako loše
Ja : ima još takvih divnih stvari , bez mesa
On : Jel opet za vikend?
Ja  se slatko nasmejah

Sauted Cabbage

My favourite vegetable. Can eat t every day. But this time I honoured it on a weekend for our Meatless day. 
A bit of surprise for others and never happened before. which does not mean it would not again.

This simple dish is if you like cabbage as mush as me , fantastic
It is quickly prepared and actually ideal for weekend , to give you time to enjoy other things that  cooking



Ingredients

1/2 cabbage
2 carrots
1 onion
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
1 big tomato, cut
1 TBS tomato paste
1 cup of clear stock
salt and pepper to taste
1 red capsicum, sliced
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika


Create

Saute onions and garlic
Add all other ingredients  and saute for another 35 minutes. Than sit back and enjoy your weekend
