Orijentalna svinjetina, crveni kupus sa jabukom* Oriental pork with red cabbage and apples

Ovo jelo je pripremljeno u loncu za polako kuvanje(slow cooker)
Sa pravim začinima na ovaj način se dobije i vrlo ukusno jelo.
Crveni kupus sa jabukom je naravno evropski recept ali odlično ide uz ovu kinesku djakoniju


Sastojci crveni kupus sa jabukom

Pola glavice crvenog kupusa, isečenog na kriške
1 crveni luk, isečen na listiće
1 Jabuka
2 Kašike maslinovog ulja
2 Kašike jabukovog sirćeta


Priprema

Izdinstamo luk
Dodamo ostale sastojke i na vrlo niskoj temperaturi dinstamo oko 40 minuta
Na ovaj način dobićete vrlo mek kupus, ako ga volite da bude tvrdji prepolovite vreme




Orijentalna svinjetina


500 g sveže mesnate slaine , isećene na kocke
2 srednja krompira, isečena na kocke
1 crveni luk, iseckan
1/2 karfiola, ružice
1 Kašika soja sosa
1 Kašičica Ribljeg sosa
1 Parče svežeg djumbira, očišćenph i iseckanog
2 anis zvezde, iseckane
400 ml bistre pileće supe



Priprema

Sve sastojke stavimo u lonac za kuvanje polako i kuvamo na niskoj temperaturi 2 sata

Serviramo s acrvenim kupusom i kuvanim pirinčem.

Oriental pork with red cabbage and apple




This dish is prepared in a slow cooker. Meaning that meat will be very tender. Red cabbage with apple is of course in no way related to Orient, but does compliment this kind of dish

Red cabbage with apples

Ingredients

Half of red cabbage sliced
 1 apple peeled, cored and cut in pieces
2 TBS Olive Oil
2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 red sliced onion

If you wish to add salt make sure you add equal amount sugar.




Create

Saute onion for couple of minutes
Add cabbage and all other ingredients.
Put a lid on your pan and gently simmer for about 40 minutes
This way your cabbage will be very soft. If you prefer crunchy half the cooking time



Oriental pork

500 g meaty pork belly, cut in cubes
1-3 cauliflower rosettes
2 middle potatoes, cut in cubes
1 red onion, sliced
1 TSP soy sauce
1 tsp Fish sauce
Thumb fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
2 star anise ,cut
500 ml chicken stock



Create

This dish is prepared in slow cooker
Put all the above ingredients on slow for 3 hours

Serve with rice
