Morski plodovi krem čorba* Seafood Chowder

Jedna od čorbi , koje su ovde vrlo popularne je ova. Nije ni čudo. Morskih plodova, riba, školjki, jastoga  i ostalog je u izobilju , a cene su vrlo pristupačne.

Ja sam iskoristila ribu iz skorašnjeg ulova , dodala još neke morske plodove i iskoristila riblju bistru supu, koju sam danas takodje pravila. Naravno od 10 riba, tj ostatka ribe posle filetiranja, ostalo je dovoljno mesa da se pravi ne samo ova čorba , nego planiram i riblju pitu, faširanu na tajlandski način i Riblji kari. Ne baš jedno za drugim, ali polako.

Mi  smo ovo sa svežim hlebom ,koji sam pekla, jeli kao glavno jelo.

Sastojci

300 g ribe
100 g skampi neoljuštenih
100 g jakobinki (školjke)
 1 crni luk, sitno iseckan
2 češnja belog iseckanog luka
6 tankih režnjeva slanine, iseckane
1 l bistre riblje supe
1 šargarepa, isečena na kolutove
1 grančica celera, iseckana
1 peršun
2 krompira, isečena na kocke
20 g brašna
2 šolje mleka
2 kašike putera
1 Kašika maslinovog ulja
sveže seckan peršun
so i biber po ukusu




Priprema

Izdinstamo beli i crni luk, pa dodamo isečenu slaninu
Kad se slanina propržila, dodamo brašno i promešamo
Dodamo mleko
Zatim bistru supu, i onda sve ostale sastojke, osim škampi i jakobina
Kuvamo oko 20 minuta dok se krompir skuva.
Služimo uz sečen limun i svež hleb

Seafood chowder






One of the most popular here. Which comes as no surprise than our country is surrounded by sea and oceans with fish and seafood aplenty.

I made fish stock today from the big catch of fish from couple of days ago.What remained after filleting that is. There was lot of stock to freeze , but also meat , which after making the chowder, will be enough to make Fish curry, Fish pie, and Thai fish cakes. Of course not all in one week.It has to remain interesting

Ingredients

300 g fresh fish, diced
100 g  jacob mussels
100g prawns  in shell
1 carrot, diced
1 green onion, sliced
1 onion, finely sliced
6 pcs of bacon, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 parsnip, sliced
2 middle sized potatoes, cut in cubes
fresh parsley
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 l of fish stock
2 cups of milk
20 g flour
2 TBS butter
1 TBS olive oil



Create

Saute onion and garlic. Add bacon
Saute some more
Add flour and stir. Add fish stock and milk
Add all other ingredients, except prawns and scallops. Simmer for about 20 minutes. In last 5 minutes add prawns and scallops


Serve with slices of lemon and fresh baked bread
