Skouns sa slatko kiselim čili sosom*Scones with sweet sour chilli sauce

Skounse pravim vrlo često. I slane i slatke. Najomiljeniji su nam sa kačkavaljem(Čedar). Ne bih nikad kombinovala u njima čili sos, dok nisam baš takve probala i čisto iz radoznalosti ih ponovo i ja napravim. I tako smo dobili nove omiljene slane skouns.


Sastojci

2 šolje brašna
200 g rendanog kaškavalja (Čedar ili neki drugi tvrd sir)
3 Kašike slatko kiselog čili sosa
1 iseckan zeleni luk
2 kašičice praška za pecivo
1/2 šolje mleka
1/4 šolje iseckanog peršuna
prstohvat soli i sveže mlevenog crnog bibera




Priprema

Prosejemo brašno i dodamo sve suve sastojke. Izmešamo. 
Zatim uspemo čili sos, sir, luk i mleko.Izmešamo



Izrolamo testo do debljine od 4 cm i isečemo pravougaonike, 12 komada.





Pečemo na 220 stepeni C oko 10 do 15 minuta, dok lepo ne porumene

Scones  with sweet sour chilli sauce

Our favorite scones were always ones with cheddar cheese. I make them often, sweet and sour variates. But would never think of putting sweet sour chilli sauce in the dough, untill I tried iz. Had to make it and new facorite scone was born



Ingredients

2 cups of flour
200 g grated cheddar
1 gree onion finely slced
3 TBS sweet sour chilli sauce
pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
2 tsp  baking powder



Create

Sift flour with all dry ingredients
Add onion, parsley,chilli sauce and milk
Mix well
Roll dough our in  rectangke , 4 cm thick



Cut 12 pieces
Bake 10 minutes at 220 Degrees C
