Aromatična svinjetina u voku * Aromatic pork belly in wok

Pada kiša.Celoga dana. Onda znam da danas moramo jesti nešto da nas zagreje.  I sutra ako bude opet padala. I zahladnelo je... polako ulazimo u jesen

Ova aromatična svinjetina ima prave začine da popravi raspoloženje tmurnog dana

Sastojci

400 g svinjetine
1 šolja naseckanog kineskog kupusa
 1 mladi zeleni luk
2 zvezde anisa (star anise)
1komad djumbira , veličine palca
1 Kašika pačijeg sosa 
1 Kašika soja sosa
1 Kašika susam ulja
1 kašičica vasabi ( japanskog ljutog rena)
so i biber, po ukusu
1 šolja bistre supe (pileče ili od povrća)




Priprema

Iseckamo luk, pa brzo propržimo u voku.Dodamo seckane zvezde anisa

Ubacimo svinjetinu , koju smo isekli na sitne komade
Sve dobro izdinstamo
Pa dodamo sve ostale začine
Ostavimo da krčka nekoliko minuta pa uspemo supu i dodamo kineski iseckani kupus.




Sve jos 10tak minuta krčkamo i gotovo

Aromatic pork belly in wok




Its raining and the summer is going towards the end.  It is getting colder. Means we are going to start with some comforting dishes to warm us inside. This dish is aromatic and has right spices to do just that.

Ingredients

400 gporkbelly, cut 
2 start anice
1 cup Chinese cababge, sliced
1 TBS soya sauce
1 TBS Duck sauce 
1 TBS Sesame Oil
1 piece of fresh ginger , cut in slices
1 cup of clear stock
salt and pepper to taste
1 green onion sliced




Create

Fry green onion in wok, quickly
Add cut ap star anise and stir
Add pork belly
Add all the spices and saute for about 5 minutes



add clear stock and cabbage
Saute another 5 minutes 
Done
