Crni Pirinač (Zabranjeni) sa povrćem *Black (Forbidden) Rice with vegetables

Prvo da razjasnimo, Crni pirinač nije ni braon pirinač ni divlji pirinač ( koji i nije pirinač ali o tome drugi put).
U Kini se uzgaja ali je vrlo nezahvalan za uzgajanje , a smatra se kao vrlo zdrav. 
Zovu ga još i zabranjeni pirinač, zato što se uzgaja u malim količinama i dosta je skup, pa su samo oni sa dubljim džepom i naravno članovi Kineske dinastije mogli da ga kupuju.

Od skoro ga ima i  ovde u ponudi. Ovo je prvi put da sam ga pravila i mogu vam reći da je jako ukusan. Čini mi se da bi lako mogao da završi i u sutlijašu.




Sastojci

300 g crnog pirinča,
2oo g kuvane bundeve
1 crvena babura
2 čena usitnjenog belog luka
so i biber po ukusu
1 svež paradajza, očiščen iznutra
mali rukohvat svežeg peršuna
100 g krem sira
6 isprženih šampinjona rasečenih na pola


Pirprema

Skuvamo pirinač po uputstvu na pakovanju ( oko 20 minuta)
Sipamo u činiju, dodamo sve ostale sastojke pa ga rasporedimo u mafinarnik. Ovako se najlepše zapeče. Ako bi ste dodali i jaje verovatno bi imali mafine od crnog pirinča. Ja nisam.



Pečemo na 220 stepeni cečzija oko 10 minuta
Mi smo uz to još jeli i raznjiće marinirane u sosu od kikirikija.

 Black Rice with vegetables




First of all, some clarity. Black ric eis not wild rice (which is not a rice at all, but about that some other time), or brown rice. Black rice is black.
It is considered in Asia, where it mainly grows, very healthy . but is hard crop to grow.

It is called Forbidden Rice because it was very expansive and only rich and Chinese Dinasty members could afford to buy it

I liked it very much and can easy imagine it in a desert.


Imgredients

300 g black rice
2 cups of cooked pumpkin
1 fresh tomato, seeds and flesh removed
1 red capsicum , cleaned and diced
6 mushrooms, fried and cut in half
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic, minced
small bunch of fresh finely cut parsley


Create

Cook the rice according instruction on the packet (approx 20 minutes)
Strain and put in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix
I baked it off in a muffin pan for 10 minutes.


Probably if you would add eggs  you could make black rice muffins
We ate it with peanut sauce kebabs
