Lasanja *Lasagna

Lasanja spada u moje recepte..sakrivači. Tu obično sakrijem i poneko povrće koje deca jedu..ali ne rado. Ovde je to slučaj sa brokoli, a vi adaptirajte prema vašoj situaciji.

Sastojci

500 g mlevenog mesa
1 crni iseckan luk
2 češnja belog luka
1 srednja glavica svežeg brokolija
150  g rendanog kackavalja
2 sveža paradajza
200 ml paradajz pirea
1 pakovanje gotovih kora za lasanju  (ja sam na vrhu dodala i jedan red  paste)
bešamel sos
so i biber po ukusu




Priprema

Izdinstamo iseckani luk i dodamo beli luk
Dodamo mleveno meso pa ga viljuškom usitnomo
Posolimo, pobiberimo
Uspemo paradajz pire i iseckan brokoli
Napravimo bešamel sos  : 20 g putera istopimo, dodamo brašno i malo propržimo, začinimo, uspemo mleko pa mešamo dok se ne zgusne
Sada redjamo, u manašćenom plehu
Lasanja testo, pa sos i tako do vrha da poslednji red bude lasanja testo
Na sve uspemo  bešamel sos ,naredjamo isečene paradajz kolutove i rendani kačkavalj


Pečemo na 220 stepeni Celzija 25 minuta



Lasagna

Lasagna is one of my recipes grouped under:Hiders. That is where I always hide vegetables that children are not keen on. In thsiu case it was broccoli. You can put anz that are in your home not happily seen by kids.In o. There usually hide and occasional vegetables that children jedu..ali not happy. This is the case with broccoli and you adaptations according to your situation.
ingredients
500 g ground meat
1  chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 medium head of fresh broccoli
150 g grated cheese
2 fresh tomatoes
200 ml tomato puree
1 pack ready to use lasagna 
bechamel sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Fry the chopped onion and add the garlic
Add the minced meat 
Add salt and pepper and tomato puree
Add sliced broccoli
Make a bechamel sauce: 20g butter melted, add the flour and fry a little, season, add milk and stir until it thickens
Assemble
Lasagna than sauce and so to the top. Last to be lasagna dough
Pour bechamel sauce,  put cut tomato slices and grated cheese on top
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes

FANTASTICNO izgleda i bogato. Sviđa mi se ideja isečen paradajz gore. Never tried sliced tomatoes on top. It's a great idea...gives it a better taste:)))
