Kolač od celih mandarina- Whole mandarin cake




Ovaj kolač od celih madarina je tako sočan,mirišljav i ukusan! Umesto mandarina možete koristiti i pomorandže.Najvažnije je da koristite voće čija kora je neprskana!

This whole mandarin cake is something special.Moist ,smell divine and very tasty.Instead  of mandarins zou could use orange.main thing is to have fruit that is not  sprayed!



Sastojci

  • 6 vecih ili 8 manjih mandarina
  • 85 g istopljenog putera
  • 100ml biljnog ulja
  • 3 jaja
  • 1 1/3 šolje šećera
  • 200g brašna
  • 1kašika praška za pecivo. 

Priprema

  1. Predgrejemo rernu na 189 stepeni Celzija
  2. Operemo mandarine i stavimo u šerpu.Kuvamo 30 minuta i ostavimo da se ohlade
  3. Rasečemo mandarine na pola i odstranimo koščice . Zatim ih u blenderu fino sameljemo
  4. U činiju dodamo samlevene mandarine,puter,ulje,jaja šečer,prosejano brašnoi prašak za pecivo. i sve dobro izmešamo.
  5. Sipamo testo u namašćen pleh. 
  6. Pečemo 50 minuta.
  7. Ostavimo da se ohladi,jedno 15 minuta pa  pospemo šećerom u prahu.

Ingredients

  • 6 big or 8 small whole mandarins
  • 85 g butter, melted
  • 100ml flavourless vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups caster sugar
  • 200g plain flour
  • 1 tblsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 180C.
  2. Wash the mandarins and add the whole mandarins to a small saucepan of water and bring to the boil. Allow mandarins to boil for 30 minutes and then drain and cool until cool enough to touch.
  3. Cut the mandarins in half and remove pips. Puree mandarins (skin still on) in the food processor.
  4. Add the butter, oil, eggs, sugar to the mandarin puree and mix well.Add flour and baking powder and process until just mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased and lined cake tin. 
  6. Bake in the oven for 50 mins
  7. Allow to cool in the tin for 15 mins then cool on a tray. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
