Ova vrsta jela ima mnogo varijacija, no svima je osnova prženi pirinač. Pirinač koji koristimo za prženje mora biti skuvan i suv. Ja ga obično skuvam i ostavim u frižideru dok mi nije potreban.
Nikako da nadjem gde mi je wok ali ovo se da napraviti i u velikom dubljem tiganju.
Sastojci
100 g korico kobasica
200 g mesa od krabe
200 g kožica
300 g kuvanog pirinča
1 zeleni iseckani luk
1 Kašika soja sosa
1 Kašika susam ulja
so i biber
nekoliko šampinjona
1 šargarepa
prstohvat čili pahuljica
50 g graška šećerca
izrendan djumbir , veličine palca
Priprema
Sve sastojke sitno iseckamo. U susam ulju propržimo zeleni luk, pa dodamo djumbir , grašak i šargarepu. Dodamo pirinač, pa korico, šampinjone, meso krabe i kozice. Uspemo sos od soje. Po ukusu pobiberimo i posolimo. Dodamo čili pahuljice.
Kao što mu ime kaže najbitnije je sve dobro mešati za vreme pripreme, koja je oko 15 minuta

Stir Fry, chorizo, crab meat and prawns
This popular dish is made with all kind of meat or seafood but basic ingredient is always rice. Best results achieved with middle grain, boiled and than kept to dry in the fridge.
Still can not find my wok but using deeper big baking pan works as well.
Ingredients
100 grams of sausage
200 g of crab meat
200 g of prawns
300 g of cooked rice
1 green chopped onion
1 Tablesppon of soy sauce
1 Tablespoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
a few champignons
50 g snowpeas
1 carrot
pinch chili flakes
50 g of sugar beans
grated ginger, thumb size
Create
All the ingredients are finely chopped. In the sesame oil, we serve the green onions, and add ginger, peas and carrots. Add rice, then cover, mushrooms, crab meat and shrimp. We make soy sauce. We taste and let it salvage. Add chilli flakes.
As the name suggests stir well during the whole process which would be about 15 minutes
