Pileće meso na Azijski Način

Pileće belo meso na Azijski način 
Potrebni  sastojci  

sok od jednog limuna  
40ml soja sosa 
30ml likera od višnje 
pola kašičice djumbira svež ili mleveni 
1kašika ulja od susama 
2čena belog luka
pola kašičice mlevenog belog bibera 
nekoliko zrna šarenog bibera 
40ml meda 
1kašičica soli
1kašika tamnog vinskog sirćeta ja sam stavila balsamico aceto odlična je zameni za tamno vinsko sirće 
pola kašičice ljute paprike 
kašika garam masala začina 
1600gr pilećeg filea bez kosti i kožice 
Za prilog 1 šoljica crnog pirinca 
šargarepe  i kupus po ukusu 


Priprema

u činiju staviti sok od limuna, soja sos,liker od višnje, djumbir,ulje od susama .izdrobljen beli luk ,ljutu papričicu
mleveni beli biber ,biber u zrnu ,so,aceto balsamico  i med ,Sve fino sjediniti Dobićete jedan savršeni slatko slani  kiselo ljuti umak ,Meso oprati a file preseci na dva dela ,Dobicete 4 parčeta meso staviti na kuhinjski ubrus i blago otkloniti višak vode 
Složiti meso u posudu i svako parče premazati sa marinadom ,Pokriti pvc folijom i ostaviti u frižider 30minuta da meso porimi ukuse i mirisi začine 


Marinirano meso ispeći u rerni na 200stepni 30minuta ,Dok se meso peče obariti pirinač 
Obareni pirinač preliti sa 1 kašikom ulja od pirinča posoliti po ukusu 
Meso izvaditi iz posude u kojoj se peklo i iseći na štapiće
Pirinač staviti na tanjir dodati šargarepu  i kupus isečen na žilijen preliti  sa sokom od limuna 
pa staviti meso isečeno meso ,Poslužiti sa čašicom sakea.Uživati u ukusima Azije

Chicken Asian Way


 ingredients

1/2 tsp of salt
juice of one lemon
40ml soy sauce
30ml of cherry liquor
1tsp of ginger fresh or ground
1 cup of sesame oil
2garlic cloves
half a teaspoon of ground white pepper
a few grains of colourful pepper
40ml of honey
1 tsp of salt
1 cup of dark wine vinegar I put balsamico aceto excellent substitute for dark wine vinegar
half spoon of hot peppers
spoon garam masala spice
1600gr chicken fillet without bones and skin
 1 cup of black rice
carrots and cabbage 

Create


put in a bowl of lemon juice, soy sauce, cherry liqueur, sesame oil. chopped garlic, hot pepper
white pepper, pepper in the grain,, aceto balsamico and honey, All finely united You will get one perfect sweet salty sour hot sauce, Meat washed and file cut into pieces,
