Grdobina sa mešanom salatom * Monkfish with mixed salad



Grdobina je riba koja živi duboko u okeanu. Ime joj nije baš  primamljivo a Nemci je zovu i Morski djavo. To je zbog glave koja je neproporcialno veća od ostatka tela i reda opasno oštrih zuba.

Meso ove ribe je jako mesnato i ukusno. Po mom mišljenu riba je najukusnija kad se spremi jednostavno, posoli, pobiberi i možda doda timijan. Pržim je obavezno u puteru i uy lepu salatu, ovde od kupusa crvenog i zelenog i šargarepe, a sve sa jednostavnim dresingom od limuna. Ukusan obrok ali baš. Ja obožavam ukus grilovanog limuna. Sastojci

500 g filirane grdobine
so i crni biber , po ukusu
mali rukohvat svežeg timijana
50g putera
1 limun
tanko isečen crveni i zeleni kupus i žilijan šargarepa



Dresing

Sok od 1/2 limuna
2 Kašike majoneza
so i biber po ukusu


Priprema


Ribu posolimo i pobiberimo pa pečemo svaku stranu u dobro zagrejanom tiganju sa puterom oko 5 minuta sa svake strane. Ubacimo svež timijan i prepolovljen limun.

Priremimo dresing za salatu, izmešamo sve sastojke

Kupus i šargarepu sitno isečemo na režnjiće pa sipamo dresing preko toga.

Monkfish with mixed salad

dreessing

Monkfish is the fish from deep ocean waters. Germans call it Sea devil. Probably because of the Big head that contains set of mean teeth.

It is very tasty and fleshy fish. I think fish should be simply seasoned with salt and pepper and baked in butter. Maybe add a small handful of thyme. Goes excellent with mixed salad , dressing simple lemon  and grilled lemon.

Ingredients

500 g filet of Monkfish
small handful of thyme
salt and pepper , to taste
50 g butter
1 lemon
300 g of mixed coleslaw and julienne carrots


Dressing

Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 Table spoons of mayonnaise
salt ad pepper to taste

Create

Season the fish and bake in hot butter , 5 minutes on each side.  Add fresh thyme and grill halved lemon.

Prepare dressing mixing all ingredients. Pour on salad
