Sastojci
Za fil
2 patlidžana , srednje velićine
1/2 paprike babure, iseckane
1 veći paradjz isečen na kolutove
1 glavica belog luka
1 manja glavica crvenog luka isečenog na kolutove
200 g Labneh sira **
nekoliko listova svežeg bosiljka
malo svežeg origana

2 Kašike miso paste
1 manji komadić sveže rendanog djumbira
2 Kašike azijskog vina za kuvanje (mirin ili slično)
2 kašičice šećera

Ovo je vrsta mladog sira, koji jednostavno napravite od grčkog jogurta koji dobro zamotate u gazu, pa ga preko noći obesite , da se iscedi. Lako, a preukusno
Priprema

Prvo u rerni ispečemo ceo patlidžan i usput ubacimo i celu glavicu belog luka.
Isečeni luk malo propržimo na laganoj temperaturi da se karamelizuje
Isečemo paradajz, i crvenu baburu.
Miso Pasta
Sve sastojke sipamo u malu šerpu, pa na laganoj temperaturi krčkamo oko 4 minuta dok se ne rastopi.
Patlidžan oljuštimo pa ga izmrvimo. Beli luk lako istisnemo iz ljuske.
Razmažemo na dno pizza testa koje smo razvili jako tanko. Ostavimo oko 5 cm od testa nenamazano. Premažemo patlidžan miso pastom.
Sada naredjamo karamelizovan crveni luk i pečen beli luk, pospemo malo origana. Naredjamo kolutove babure pa paradjz i pospemo
bosiljkom.
Oko fila rasporedimo labneh pa uvijemo krajeve.
Ako pečete u rerni predgrejte je na 220 stepeni C i pecite oko 15 monuta, dok testo ne porumeni.
Mi smo pekli u našem pizza šporetu napolju, gde je potrebno nešto kraće.

Pizza with miso paste and eggplant
A bit of unusual combination, but dare to make it and you will be surprised. What a taste!!

Filling
2 middle sized aubergines
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1 whole garlic
1 small red onion, sliced in rings
200 g Labneh cheese **
1 sliced tomato
some oregano leaves
some basil leaves
2 Tablespoons of miso paste
Miso Paste
- 4 tbsp light (sweet) miso paste (available in some supermarkets and in Asian grocers)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 small knob fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Asian cooking wine
Create
**Labneh
Easy to make from 500 ml Greek yogurt, wrapped tightly in double cheese cloth and hung overnight, so the whey can drip out
Miso paste is made by adding all ingredients to a small pan and mixing simmer for about 4 minutes till it liquidizes.
Bake whole eggplant and whole garlic in the oven at 220 Degrees C for approx 30 minutes.
Peel and mash with a fork.
Squeeze out the roasted garlic.
Caramelize red onion
Cut pepper and tomato
Roll out pizza dough very thin
Put mashed eggplant on the dough, leaving about 5 cm free around the sides.
Brush with miso paste. Add caramelized onion and roasted garlic.
Sprinkle some oregano leaves. Add peppers and tomato, top up with some basil leaves.
Around the filing place crumbled labneh and close the dough.
If you are baking it in the oven, preheat at 220 Degrees C and bake for about 15 minutes.
We baked it in pizza oven which was a bit shorter.
