Ovo sam pravila kao moj 500ti recept, (ovde na blogu ih ima preko 1000) na mojoj omiljenoj stranici (već dugo godina) Recepti.com. Jedna divna saradnja i korektan odnos i tamo sam ne samo upoznala mnoge divne ljude i stekla velika prijateljstva kao sa Gvozdenom Živković, Vericom Nikolić, Zoricom Stajić , Dijanom Popović, Dijanom Ademović. Julijanom Krstin, Marinom Jevtić, Sladjanom Šćekić i mnogim drugima, već sam dosta toga i naučila.
Trajfl možete naravno praviti sa bobičastim i ostalim voćem koje je kod vas u sezoni. Kod mene je to marakuja a divlje kupine su iz friza.
Sastojci
1 madera kolač ( neću postavljati recepet ima ga na blogu OVDE)
500 ml slatke pavlake
1 šolja jogurta
1 šolja krem sira
1 šolja kisele pavlake
1/3 šolje sirupa od javora
3 Kašike šećera
500 g bobičastog voća
15 komada marakuje
Priprema
Umutimo pavlaku sa 3 Kašike šećera u gust šne.
U drugoj činiji umutimo, jogurt, krem sir, kiselu pavlaku i javorov sirup
Isečemo Maderu na tanke kriške.
U okrugloj posudi redjamo maderu, pa odozgo mešavinu krem sira
Na to pospemo malo marakuje i naredjamo voće.
Ponovimo red madere
Na vrh ide umućen šlag i sve pospemo marakujom
Ostavimo u frižideru, najmanje 4 sata ili preko noći

Trifle with wild blackberries and passion fruit
Always loved over here, not only with Xmas. I make it regularly and you can use any seasonal fruit.
Passionfruit is in season here and blackberries are from my freezer.
Ingredients
1 Madera loaf. Won't put recipe of the cake you can see it HERE
500 ml of cream
150 ml of yogurt
150 ml of sour cream
150 g of cream cheese
3 Tablespoons of sugar
1/3 cup of Maple leaf syrup
500 g of berries
15 pcs of passionfruit
Create
Beat the cream to stiff, adding 3 Tablespoons of sugar
Beat in another bowl, cream cheese, yogurt and sour cream, adding maple syrup.
Cut Madeira loaf in thin slices.
Arrange cake on the bottom of round glass trifle bowl. Put cream cheese mixture on it
Sprinkle some passionfruit on it and arrange berries
Put another layer of cake on top.
Now put cream on top and sprinkle with remaining passion fruit.
Leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
