Sastojci
1 file, oko 500 g
800 g spanaća
100 ml pavlake
1 čen sitno iseckanog belog luka
so i biber po ukusu
Priprema
U tiganju zagrejemo ulje pa propržimo ceo file sa svih strana
Stavimo tiganj u rernu oko 20 minuta, na 220 stepeni C
Za to vreme očistimo i operemo spanac
Propržimo na kratko beli luk pa dodamo spanać , malo prodinstamo pa dodamo pavlaku , so i biber
File ostavimo 10tak minuta da se odmori pa isečemo na kriške
Serviramo uz krem spanać i krompir pire

Pork filet with creamed spinach
We love spinach. And creamed with piece of juicy pork is absolutely tasty.
Ingredients
500 g pork filet
800 g fresh spinach
100 ml cream
1 clove of garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Create
First in some heated oil brown pork filet on all sites
Put in the oven at 220 Degrees C for 20 minutes
In between wash and remove stems from spinach. Fry shortly garlic and put spinach in the pan. hen somewhat welted , add cream salt and pepper.
When pork is ready leave to rest about 10 minutes
Serve it sliced on bed of spinach and potato mash on side
