Kolač puter, guava,kokos krem * Golden butter cake , guava,coconut ,cream

I sam po sebi ovaj zlatni puter kolač je dovoljan kad se pospe malo sa šečerom u prahu. Ja sam htela da iskoristim malo džema od guave, pa sam napravila i fil. Kolač je zaista vrlo lako napraviti. Ako nemate guavu, možete koristiti i neki drugi džem







Sastojci

2 jaja
125 g omekšalog putera
1 šolja smedjeg šećera
2/3 šolje mleka
2 šolje samodizajućeg brašna ili obično brašno kome dodate po 1 kašičicu praška za pecivo i sode bikarbone
1 kašičica vanile

Fil
300 ml slatke pavlake
1/2 šolje rendanog kokosa
1 šolja guava džema





Priprema


Predgrejemo rernu sa fenom na 160 stepeni C (standardnu na 175 stepeni)

U činiju za mikser sipamo sve sastojke
Miksamo prvo na niskoj brzini dok se sastojci ne spoje pa onda na jačoj oko 3 minuta
Sipamo u namašćen okrugao pleh 23x18 cm ,kome se vadi dno , koje smo prekrili pek papirom i namastimo ceo pleh.




Pečemo 35 do 40 minuta




Dok se kolač peče pripremimo fil. Umutimo čvrsto pavlaku dodamo džem i kokos



Ostavimo kolač da se potpuno ohladi pa premažemo filom

Golden butter Cake, guava and coconut, cream




One of the easiest cakes to make. You can serve it as is with sprinkling of Icing sugar. You can add chocolate top or other sprinkles. Endless possibilities

I used filling of guava jam , coconut and cream.





Ingredients

Cake


  • 2 egg
  • 125 g butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cup self-raising flour
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Filling

1/2 cup coconut
300 ml cream
1 cup guava jam



Create

Preheat oven fan 160 Degrees C
  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl of an electric mixer.
  • Beat on low speed until blended, then beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
  • Grease a 23 cm x 18 cm tin and line the base with greaseproof paper.
  • Pour mixture into tin and bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.
Prepare in between filling by beating cream and adding guava and coconut




Let the cake completely cool down on a rack and decorate with filling
