Pita, praziluk,slanina,kisela pavlake* Leek. bacon, sour cream Pie

Pite su vrlo zahvalne. U smislu da pored tradicionalnih pita od sira i od mesa, pravimo svakojake druge kombinacije. Ovde gde živim svaka pekara ima i do 20 vrsta, punjene sa mesom, ribom, povrćem , egzotične kao puter pile ili razni kari.

Ova moja je nastala od sastojaka , koji su se našli u frižideru i bašti.

Sastojci

3 gotove kore za pitu
300 ml kisele pavlake
4 jaja
500 g praziluka
2 paradajza
4 režnja slanine
20 g istopljenog putera  za pemazivanje
1 Kašika oregano



Priprema
Iseckamo salninu .Očistmo praziluk pa iseckamo na sitne komade
Umutimo jaja , uspemo pavaku pa razmutimo. Dodamo slaninu i praziluk.
U okrugloj tepsiji, redjamo kore ulivajući nadev. Prethodno ih dobro premažemo puterom.
Na poslednju koru naredjamo kriške paradajza i pospemo oreganom
Pečemo 20 minuta na 200 stepeni Celzija

Leek, bacon, sour cream pie

Pies are very popular in New Zealand . Every bakery has at least 20 variates of savory pie. They are also very handy to prepare at home which ever filling you have available. At the moment its leeks from the garden  with some additional stuff from the fridge.

Ingredients
3 ready sheets of puff pastry
4 eggs
4 slices of lean bacon
500 g leeks
300 ml sour cream
2 fresh tomatoes
20 g butter
1 TS oregano
Create
In a round baking dish alternate buttered puff pastry with filling .Beaten eggs, cut leeks and bacon and sour cream.


Put sliced tomatoes on top and sprinle with oregano

Bake 20 minutes at 200 degrees C
