Lasanja od povrća -Vegetable lasagna




Neki put  čoveku dosadi meso pa bi nešto samo sa povrćem.Kod mene se u tom slučaju pravi ova lasanja sa povrćem.I mogu vam je samo preporučiti koliko je ukusna

Sometimes you come to the moment that you had enough of meat and crave something with vegetables only.When that time comes into my kitchen I prepare this fantastic Veg lasagne.Try!
500 g Lasagna sheets

Sastojci

500 g lasanje testa
3 Kašike maslinovog ulja
1 veliki crni ili crveni(ja volim crveni) luk
2 iseckana čena belog luka
1 šolja iseckanih pečurki
2 patlidžana
1 šargarepa
1  peršun
4  Kašike putera
1/4 šolje brašna
2 šolje mleka
3/4 šolje rendanog parmezana
so i biber
2 paradajza
500 g rikota sira
200 g mocarele ili Gruyere sira
500 g smrznutog  ili svežeg spanaća
Nekoliko listova blitve



Ingredients

500 g lasagne sheets

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 large yellow onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup mushrooms, chopped

2 eggplants

1 carrot

1 parsnip

4 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper

500 g fresh or frozen spinach, steamed, squeezed dry and chopped

500 g ricotta cheese

Couple of silver beet leafs

200 g Gruyere or mozzarella cheese
2 tomatoes


Priprema

Prvo izblanširamo spanać,sitno ga sieckamo i dodamo rikota siru


Zartim skuvamo šargarepu i peršun ,isečeno na kolutove.

Propržimo crni i beli luk,pa dodamo patlidžan  sitno isečen paradaj,iseckane pečurke.Patlidžan smo prethodno rasekli na kriške i dobro posolili.So će izvući tečnost .


Izblanširamo listove blitve i sasvim sitno iseckamo jer čemo ih dodati belom bešamel sosu.

Bešamel sos sam često objašnajvala (istopi se puter ,doda se brašno koje kraće vreme mešajući przimo).Dodamo toplo mleko i mešamo dok se sos ne zgusne-U ovaj dodamo so .biber i iseckanu blitvu i sklonimo sa vatre.



Sad kada smo sve pripremili, počnemo da slažemo Lasanju

Kojim redom i nije bitno,sve dok na dnu i na vrhu ostane testo

Izmedju slojeva,dodajemo rikotu i Gruyere i posipamo parmezanom.Sve završimo sa Bešamel sosom ,i rendanim parmezanom

Pečemo na srednjoj vatri oko 40 minuta.Pokrijemo pleh sa srebrnom folijom.Posle 20 minuta je odstranimo



Method
First blanch spinach and cut it finely.Add to ricotta and salt.

Boil carrot and parsnip cut in rings.

Bake onions ,chopped garlic and chunks of tomatoes.Add eggplant which was sliced and salted.Salt will help get the moisture out of eggplant .Pat it with kitchen towel.


Blanch your silver beet leaves and chop finely .
This will be add to your white beshamel sauce.I have explained many times how to make beshamel sauce.Melt butter and add flour.Cook for stirring for couple of minutes.Now slowly pour warm milk and keep stirring  till thickened .Add salt and pepper.
Add chopped silver beet leaf

Assemble Lasagna

It  does not matter in which way as long as your lasagna sheets are on bottom and top

Between layers put slices of Gruyere and grated Parmesan.


Top layer finish with beshamel sauce  and grated Parmesan.

Bake 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius .First 20 minutes cover with silver foil
