Špageti Marinara ' Spaghetti Marinara



  • Kad hoću nešto brzo ukusno i da svi u kući volimo onda pravim ove Špagete.
When I want something easz,quick and what everzonein mz household likes to eat I make these spaghetti

  • Sastojci
  • 1/4 cup (60ml)maslinovog ulja
  • 4 čena  belog luka sitno iseckanog
  • 2 x 400g paradajza iz konzerve
  • 200ml belog vina
  • 500g špageta
  • 800g mešano ribe i školjke
  • Malo peršuna za serviranje




Priprema
  1. Zagrejemo  dve  kašik ulja u većem tiganju,na srednjoj temperaturi.Dodamo beli luk.Dodamo paradajz i vino i smanjimo temperaturu.krčkamo 20 minuta.

  2. U medjuvremenu skuvamo špagete u posoljenoj vodi prema uputstvu na pakovanju. Iscedimo i vratimo u šerpu.uspemo malo maslinovo ulja i promešamo.

  3. Dodamo mešavinu ribe i školke i krčkamo još nekoliko minuta. Začinimo sa solju i sveže mlvenim biberon.Dodamo iscedjene špagete  promešamo.Pospemo iseckanim peršunom



Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil, plus extra to toss
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 200ml dry white wine
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 800g good-quality marinara mix (fsh pieces and mus
  • Torn flat-leaf parsley leaves, to serve

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large frypan over medium-low heat and add garlic . Add tomatoes and wine and bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 20 minutes until slightly reduced.

  1. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain, then return to the pan and toss in a little olive oil.

  2. Add the marinara mix to the pan of sauce, cover and cook for 3 minute, shaking the pan occasionally. . Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add the drained pasta, toss to combine, then divide among bowls and serve garnished with parsley leaves.
