Mille-feuille (Hiljadu listova) -Mille-feuille (Thousand Leafs)


Hiljadu Listova ,francuski klasik koga još zovu i Napoleon je vrlo jednostavan za napraviti ,za one koji su strpljivi.Tako se zove zbog listova u kori .Vrlo je zahvalan za napraviti i baš izgleda impresivno.Možete ga puniti redom sa raznim kremama ,voćem,šlagom,ganašom ,štagod vam padne na pamet.

Ovaj moj ima red krema od limuna ,red šlaga,red  mini puslica i poslednji sloj je ganaš.

Kore sam kupila gotove ,malko ih istanjila i onda isekla na komade .Kora da bude oko 2cm debljine.
Poredjate na pleh ( nenamaščen ) i prekrijete drugim ravnim plehom i pečete na 200 stepeni Celzija, 20 minuta

Ostavite da se  ohlade.
Ako kao ja kore spremate jedan dan unapred ond akada se ohlad ezamotajte u vlaćnu krpu da se ne bi osušile.

Quala ,to je to mille-feuille.






Thousand Leafs, French classic, which we best know as custard slice and is also called Napoleon.
It is very simple to make and require only patience. It is very  rewarding when you get end   result, which can look amazing.
You can fill the layers with your favorite fillings,cream,ganache,fruit,custard,.
Mine is filled with lemon curd,cream,ganache and little meringue pcs.


I bought ready made pastry thin it till ca 2 cm.
Bake it between two flat baking pans without any oiling of same.
On 200 Degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
Cut them in equal pieces and let them cool completely.
If you plan to use them next day (as i did) ,wrap them in wet towel.

Now  start filling with your  favorites.
Quala,that is mille -feuille.
