Govedji paprikaš * Beef paprikash

Jelo koje više pripada u jesen ali ima tako nekih dana kad vam se baš jede. A paprika ima obilno, pa zašto da ne.


Sastojci



5 paprika babura , isečenih na rešnjeve
3 luka
2 češnja belog luka
400 g govedine, isečene na kriške
3 paradajze isečena
2 lista lorbera
5 zrnaca bibera
1 čili papričica
so, po ukusu
1 l bistre supe
1 Kašika slatke aleve paprike



Priprema

Izdinstamo beli i crni luk, pa dodamo isečenu appriku. Dinstamo nekoliko minuta pa prespemo u vatrostalnu posudu.


U istom tiganju propržimo nekoliko minuta isečeno meso, pa dodamo u posudu. Ubacimo seckanu čili papričicu
Začinimo solju, biberom alevom paprikom, ubacimo lorber i apardajz. Ulijemo bistru supu. Poklopimo pa krčkamo u rerni sat vremena

Beef Paprikash

Typically autumn dish, but sometimes you just crave it. And fresh peppers galore, so why not.




Ingredients

5 bell peppers, sliced
3 tomatoes, cut
3 onions, sliced
2 garlic, crushed
400 g beef, cut in chunks
2 bay leaf
5 peppercorns
salt, to taste
1 red chilli, sliced
1 l clear stock
1 TBSP grounded red paprika


Create

Saute onions and garlic for a few of minutes. Add sliced peppers and saute for another three minutes.
Put in oven proof dish.
In the same pan sear the beef and transfer to dish with peppers

Add tomatoes, chilli pepper, peppercorns, bay leaf, salt. and paprika.

Add clear stock, cover and put in the oven at 180 Degrees C for 60 minutes

Serve with mashed potatoes and salad of choice.
