Dan bez mesa ..ili dva. Kad sam videla recept za ovu musaku kod moje bake Jelene , odmah mi se dopao. Ja sam ga malo prilagodila mojim pečurkama, bukovači, baka koristi šampinjone, a vi koristite šta imate i volite.
Musaka se brzo sprema i ako je servirate uz neku lepu salatu , niko se neće buniti, da je bez mesa.
Sastojci
500 g bukovače
5 većih krompira
1 veći crni luk, sitno iseckan
2 čena sitno iseckanog belog luka
1 Kašika iseckanog peršuna
Začin
so i biber, po ukusu
2 jaja
1 šolja kisele pavlake
Priprema
Prodinstamo crni luk, pa dodamo beli. Ubacimo isečene pečurke, začin, so , biber i peršun. Dinstamo oko 10 minuta na blagoj vatri
Dok se ovo dinsta, oljuštimo krompir i isečemo na tanke kolutove
Umutimo jaja, dodamo pavlaku,posolimo i pobiberimo
Kada su pečurke gotove slašemo u okruglu posudu
Prvo krompir, pa pečurke i na kraju krompir.
Prelijemo jajima i pečemo 40 minuta na 200 stepeni C
Možete ako želite dodati i rendani sir na sve to.

Moussaka with mushrooms
When my Granny Jelena made this dish I knew it was perfect for our meatless day. I have adapted it somewhat , using our oyster mushrooms , where she used champignons. U can use what you have and like.
With nice salad this is so tasty no one will miss meat. Trust me as I have experience with people that do not like meatless meals.
Ingredients
500g oyster mushrooms
5 big potatoes, sliced thinly
1 big red onion , finely žchopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 TBS of parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 cup of sour cream
grated cheese (optional)
Create
First saute onions for couple of minutes. Add garlic, than sliced mushrooms, pepper salt and parsley
Saute on low for approx 10 minutes
While this is bubbling away, peel tomatoes and slice them
Beat eggs with sour cream.
Now in round dish assemble
Potatoes first, than mushrooms, than potatoes on top
Pour egg mixture and if u are using it grated cheese
Bake on 200 Degrees C for approx 40 minutes
Serve with nice fresh salad
