Afganci *Afgans

Deca jako vole ovaj keksić i ja ga redovno pravim. Mislim volimo i mi odrasli. Vrlo je jednostavan za napraviti i može se u dobro zatvorenom kontejneru čuvati nekoliko nedelja, ako ih doživi.




Sastojci

200 g putera
1/ šolje smedjeg šećera
1 kašičica vanila ekstrakta
1/4 šolje kakao
1 1/4 šolje brašna
1 1/2 šočje kornflejks

Fil za vrh

1 1/2 šolja ganaš
1 Kašika omekšanog putera
1 do 2 Kašike vruće vode
50 g oraha . polovine




Priprema

Predgrejemo rernu na 189 stepeni C
Spremimo namašćen ravan pleh pokriven pek papirom
U velikoj činiji umiksamo puter, šećer i vanilu u kremastu masu


Prosejemo brašno i kakao, pa dodamo kornflejks i sve dobro izmešamo.


Vadeći kašikom stavjamo u pleh , malo pritisnemo viljuškom


Pečemo 15 dod 20 minuta i pustimo da se ohladi pre nego što stavimo fil na vrh

Fil pravimo tako što otopimo oko 100g čokolade sa malo putera, (oko 20 gr) i dodamo 50 ml pavlake
Sve to radimo u činiji, koju smo stavili na šerpu sa vodom na dnu koje ne dodiruje činiju

Stavljamo na ohladjene keksiće i stavimo po polovinu oraha na vrh

Afgaans

Another traditional New Zealand biscuit which everyone likes, especially kids. Easy to make and can be stored in tight container couple of weeks, if it makes it that long






Ingredients



    200g butter (softened)
    ½ cup brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    1 ¼ cups of plain flour
    ¼ cup cocoa
    1 ½ cups cornflakes
    Icing:
    1 ½ cups ganach
    1 Tbsp butter (softened)
    1-2 Tbsp cream



Create

    Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease or line a baking tray with baking paper.
    In a large bowl beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Sift in the flour and cocoa, add the cornflakes then stir thoroughly until the mixture is combined.
    Place heaped teaspoonfuls onto a baking tray, squeeze mixture together gently if necessary then press lightly with a fork.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack before icing.

    Icing: Mix chocolate , butter and 1 Tbsp cream at a time until combined, adding more cream if necessary until icing is a spreadable consistency. Ice biscuits and top each one with half a walnut.
