Za sve nas , koji volimo masline  ovo se mora probati. Jedan od najstarijih recepta iz Italijanske kuhinje. Pravi se različito u regionima , pa se negde dodaje samo kapar a negde 
kao ja ovde ringlice .

Kako god dobićete jedno brzo, a lepo jelo za posluženje

Sastojci

400 g crnih maslina bez koštice

2 fileta ringlica

1 mali čen belog luka, usitnjen

2 Kašike kapra

2 do 3 lista svežeg bosiljka

1 Kašika soka od limuna

2 Kašike devičanskog maslinovog ulja




Priprema


Dpbro operemo masline u hladnoj vodi
Sve sastojke stavimo u blender i izblendujemo 1 do 2 minuta

Tapenade





This is an ancient Italian specialty to which much later French gave its name.
For all of us that love olives, this is a must to try. All the other ingredients just add a pleasant note to olives.t


Ingredients


1/2 pound pitted black
 olives

2 anchovy fillets, rinsed

1 small clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons capers

2 to 3 fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil




Create


Thoroughly rinse the olives in cold water.

 Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process to combine, stopping to scrape 

down the sides of the bowl, until the mixture becomes a coarse paste, approximately 1 to 2 

minutes total. 




Transfer to a bowl and serve.
