Krompir i povrće iz rerne * Oven baked potato and vegetables

Zimsko doba. Treba prebroditi sve što organizam vreba. Nagle promene temperature, manje sunca i manji izbor voća i povrća osnovnih izvora vitamina.

Onda aje ovakvo jelo prava vitaminska bomba.
Treba malžo strpljenja da se sve isecka i pripremi ali na kraju sve je toliko dobro da se trud isplati.


Sastojci

350 g mlevenog govedjeg mesa
1 kg krompira
3 zelene paprike
1 veća šargarepa
1 paškanat
1 veliki crveni luk
100 g bukovače
2 grančice celera
2 tikvice
5 sveža paradajza
2 kašičice soli
1 kašičica origana
1 kašičica bibera
nekoliko listova bosiljka
Ulje



Priprema
Prvo u rerni ispečemo neoljušten krompir
Zatim ga oljuštimo i isečemo na listove srednje  debljine
Isečemo luk na  režnjeve pa ga prodinstamo. Posle 5 minuta, dodamo očišćenu i na kriške isečenu papriku.
Kad je paprika omekšala, izvadimo sve na tanjir i odložimo
Zatim prepečemo i izmrvimo viljuškom , mleveno meso.
Posolimo i pobiberimo.
Paradajz na kratko spustimo u vodu, koja vri i sasvim lako se onda oljušti. Oljušteni paradajz posolimo i dodamo mu origano i list bosiljka.



Sve ostalo povrće iseckamo na kockice, pa malo prodinstamo
Posolimo i dodamo origano



U vatrostalnu činiju slažemo
Red krompira na dnu,
Pa luk i papriku,
pa mleveno meso,


pa paradajz,
pa ostalo povrće i gornji sloj opet krompir.
Pospemo malo ulja i pećžčemo u rerni oko 40 minuta na 220 stepeni C
Ja ga pri kraju stavim nekoliko minuta pod gril

Oven baked potato and vegetables

It is winter. On a big out look who is out there to get our body. Viruses, flu , bacteria. And scarce supply of good quality( for me meaning organic) fruit and vegetables, main source of vitamins

This simple dish is really rich with useful stuff. It is a bit of work to prepare and cut all the vegetables but the final result and goodness in it is worth all effort.


Ingredients

300 g beef mince
1 kg potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano
few fresh basil leaves
2 zuchinni
3 green peppers
5 tomatoes
1 big carrot
1 big parsnip
2 sticks of celery
1 huge red onion
100 g of oyster mushrooms
Oil




Create

First roast your potatoes in oven skin on
When done , peel and slice middle big slices
In a frying pan saute sliced onion for about 5 minutes. Add deseeded and in stripes cut green pepper and keep sauteing for couple more minutes. Add little salt

Fry mince and season with salt and pepper
If you boil some water and cut a little cross on the top of your tomatoes than put them for very short time into boiling water they will very easily peel
Cut them in chunks and season with oregano and basil leaves, little salt

Cut all remaining vegetables in dices and saute them for couple of minutes
Assemble
First layer of potatoes
Than onion and pepper
Than mince
Than tomato
Than remaining vegetables
As last layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with oil
Bake for 40 minutes on 220 Degrees C.
