Mi imamo pravo da se hvalimo i zovemo ih najboljim kolačima an svetu. Kome nisu zamirisale prvi put u detinjstvu i uvek ponovo u životu. Ja samo mogu da potvrdim kad ih ovde delim na kraju sveta, svi domaći su oduševljeni i traže recept.
A ovaj je specijalno po recetu moje drage bake Jelene sa bloga Kod bake u Gostima . Inače moja baka ima i svoj YouTube kanal pod imenom Bakina Kuhinja. Ma moja baka Jela je super baka :)
I što bi ona rekla : keceljice, kosica zavezana i krećemo
Sastojci
250 gr. brašna (2 solje)
150 gr masti
100 gr prah šećera
limunova korica
1/2 praška za pecivo
1 jaje
2 vanilin šećera
Priprema
Mast umutiti sa prah šećerom i jajetom penasto, dodati limunovu koricu 1 vanilin šećer, brašno i prašak za pecivo.
Testo dobro izraditi da bude glatko.
Razviti ga za pola cm debljine pa malom čašicom vaditi vanilice i redjati u pleh u koji smo stavili pek papir.
Peći na 180 stepeni C 10-15 min.
Spajati po dve sa džemom po izboru.
Uvaljati u prah šećer zamirisan vanilicom

Yes, n my home country we are very proud that this cookie won that name> The Best.
I live now on the other side of the world but whenever I make it for the natives I am always met with their excitement and request for the recipe. Try it and get hooked.
I made it totally from the Recipe of my Grandma who has her blog too: Visting Grandma and YouTube Channel: Grandmas kitchen Amazing woman.

Ingredients
250 g of flour
150 g of lard
100 g of icing sugar
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 egg
2 packs (20 g) of vanilla sugar
Icing sugar for covering

Mix pork lard, icing sugar, and egg to the creamy mixture.
Add flour, lemon baking powder, and vanilla. The dough should be soft and smooth..
Roll it out till 1 cm thick and with small shot glass take cookies out
Put those on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200 Degrees Celsius. They should not be brown.
When cooled somewhat, put 1/2 tsp of jam of your choice on one cookie and sandwich it with another. Put the cookies in Icing sugar and coat them thoroughly.
Store in airtight tin. As long as they keep there, as softer they become.
