Ja za ovakva jela koristim moju korpicu od bambusa. Bez ikakve masti jela budu vrlo ukusna. Ovoga puta sam pravila ribu, a razno povrće bude jako ukusno pripremljeno na ovaj način
- Sastojci
- 2 riblja fileta (ja sam koristila orange roughy
- krupna morska so
- 3 mlada luka,iseckana
- 1 čili papičica, sitno iseckana
- Svež oljušten djumbir, iseckan, veličine palca
- Veliki rukohvat korijandera , seckanog sa peteljkama
- 1 limeta,sok
- 1 kašika soja sosa
- 1 kašičica susam ulja
- naprstak soli i bibera
Priprema
Sve sastojke sipamo u posudu i izmešamo. Utrljamo riblje filete i ostavimo da stoji oko 30 minuta
Premestimo ih na dno korpice i marinadu sipamo preko toga
Korpicu stavimo na šerpu u koju smo sipali malo vode.
Pustima da aoda prokuva, pa smanjimo na nisko
Poširamo još oko 10 minuta
Služimo sa kuvanim pirinćem i kriškama limete

Ingredients
- sea salt
- 3 spring onions , trimmed and finely sliced
- 1 fresh red chilli , finely sliced
- a thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger , peeled and finely chopped
- a large bunch of fresh coriander , leaves roughly chopped, stalks finely sliced
- 1 lime
- low-salt soy sauce
- sesame oil
Create
Put all chopped herbs , vegetables in a bowl, add soy and sesame oil and coat fish fillets wel.
Set aside for 30 minutes
Put in steamer basket . Pu a lid on.Put basket on a pan , which has small amount of water in it.
Steam for about 10 minutes. Let water come to a boil and reduces to low
Serve with boiled rice and lime wedges
