Sastojci
Za jabuke
100 g šećera
4 do 6 jabuka, zavisno od veličine
sok od 1/2 limuna
30 g suvog groždja
1/4 kašičice cimeta
130 g seckanih oraha
Za testo
6 jaja
6 Kašika šećera
6 Kašika brašna
prstohvat soli
Karamel sos
150 g šećera
100 g putera
50 ml vode
50 ml punomasne pavlake
Priprema

Predgrejemo rernu na 180 stepeni Celzija. Prvo spremimo mešavinu kojom ćemo puniti jabuke
Izmešamo seckane orahe,sok od limuna, suvo groždje,cimet i šećer. Oljuštimo jabuke i izvadimo koštice.
Napunimo mešavinom oraha
Poredjamo u okrugli namašćen pleh. Pečemo na 220 stepeni Celzija 20 minuta
U medjuvremenu izmešamo sastojke za testo. Umutimo jaja i šečer penasto i dodamo brašno i prstohvat soli. Kada su jabuke pečene prelijemo preko njih testo i pečemo još 20 minuta
Pripremimo karamel sos. U šerpicu sipamo šećer i vodu i pustimo da prokuva. Ne mešamo. Možemo povremeno okretati šerpu sa sosom. Kada sos dobije tamno zlatnu boju, sklonimo sa šporeta i uspemo pavlaku. Ovo radimo vrlo pažljivo jer je sos jako vruć i može prskati
Kada je kolač pečen prelijemo sos preko njega

Cake with whole apples
An easy and amazing cake to make. Using the whole apples which are filled with walnuts and raisins does not only look good but taste delicious
- For the apples:
- 100 g/ 3.5 oz/ ½ cup granulated sugar
- 4' to 6 apples, depending on their size
- juice of ½ lemon
- 130 g/ 1 oz walnuts, chopped
- 30 g/ 1 oz raisins
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- For the batter:
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose
- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- a pinch of salt
- For the caramel syrup:
- 150 g/ 5.3 oz/ ⅔ cups granulated sugar
- 100 g/ 3.5 oz butter
- 50 ml/ of heavy cream
- 50 ml of water

ApplesMake the mixture of chopped walnuts sugar and, raisins. Peel and core the apples. Fill them up with
walnut mixture and place in a buttered baking dish. Bake on 220 Degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
In the meantime prepare batter. Beat the eggs with sugar till pale. Add the flour and salt. When apples
are out of the oven, pour the batter over it add some butter on the top and bake for another 20 minutes.
Prepare caramel syrup by letting sugar and water boil. Do not stir. Maybe from time to time swirl
the pan. Boil till it gets amber colour. Take off the stove and pour it over ready apple cake.
Be careful as it will spatter and be very hot
