Marinara

Sa ponudom morskih plodova po vrlo povoljnim cenama, vrlo često pravimo nešto sa njima. Omiljena nam je ova marinara.

Sastojci
500 g špageta
425 g paradajza seckanog ( iz konzerve)
1 veči svež paradajz
1/2 šolje belog vina
1/2 šolje pavlake
2 čena belog luka
1 iseckan crveni luk
so i biber po ukusu
svež origano, peršun i bosiljak
1kg morskih plodova i ribe ( školjke,račići,lignje i riba)




Priprema

Skuvamo špagete po uputstvu na pakovanju. Mi ih volimo al dente ( na zub)
U jednom tiganju prodinstamo beli i crveni luk, dodamo paradajz svež i iz konzerve. Dodamo lignje, posolimo i pobiberimo. Uspemo vino i krčkammo oko 10tak minuta

U drugom tiganju propržimo račiće, ribu i školjke. Dodamo sveže začinsko bilje i pavlaku. Krčkamo još deset minuta.


U većoj činiji slažemo špagete, pa paradajz sos i lignje pa špagete  i sos sa morskim plodovima i ribom. Redjamo dok ne utrošimo sav sos i špagete.

Ja sam još pravila i pločice od parmezana,koje je vrlo jednostavno napraviti. Sipate na pek papir kašiku rendanog parmezana, pa malo izravnate. Pečete na 230 stepeni C oko 5 minuta.

Marinara




With abundance from our seas, we use fish and shellfish very often, Our favorite is Marinara.

Ingredients

500 g Spaghetti
1 kg of shellfish and firm fish / I used snapper, crab meat clams, and squid)
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of cream
1 fresh tomato
425 g can diced tomato
1 red sliced onion
2 garlic cloves, crushedsalt and pepper to taste
oregano,basil, and parsley

Create


Cook spaghetti according to the instruction on the packet. We like it al dente

In a little oil saute onion and garlic, then add peeled and diced potato, fresh herbs, salt and pepper and squid. Add wine, Saute another 10 minutes

In another pan melt some butter add your fish and shellfish, add cream salt and pepper, saute for 10 minutes.

Make in big bowl layers of spaghetti with alternating tomato and cream sauce

I also made parmesan wafers which are very easy to make. Spoon grated parmesan on baking paper, flatten it and bake on high 5 minutes
