Čok Kapkejks sa kremom od limuna * Choc Cupcakes with lemon curd

Ovi kapkejks su dodatno ukusni kad im se doda krema od limuna.



Sastojci


1 1/2 šolja brašna
1 1/2 kašičica praška za pecivo
1/2 kašićice soli
1 šolja šećera
1/2 šolje neslanog putera, na sobnoj temperaturi
2 velika jaja
1 kašičica vanila ekstrakta
1/2 šolje mleka
1/4 šolje krema od limuna
4 Kašike Kakao


Priprema

Predgrejemo rernu na 175 stepeni C. Spremimo mafinarnik za 12 komada i stavimo papirne korpice
U činiji umešamo brašno, so, prađšk za pecivo i kakao

Sa mixerom umutimo puter i šećer da bude svetlo žut i vazdušast.

Dodajemo jaja jedno po jedno i sjedinimo. Dodamo vanila ekstrakt
Umešamo brašno i dodajemo polako mleko. Mešamo dok se sve dobro ne sjedini

Punimo korpice 1/3 sa ovom mešavimnom, pa u svaku dodamo 2 kašičice krema od limuna i napunimo odozgo sa tetsom

Pečemo oko   20 minuta i kad su gotovi ostavimo da se ohlade. po želji možete stavljati i čokoladni premaz , ja nisam.

Choc cupcakes with lemon curd




Ths is classic choc cupcake, extra tasty with added lemon curd



Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Curd
  • 4 Tablespoons Cocoa


Create
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cupcake pan (12 cups) with paper liners. Set aside.
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, cocoa, and salt together. Set aside. 
  2. In a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar mixture together until light and fluffy and lightened in color. This will take about 8 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
  3. Add the eggs one at at time, beating after each addition. Add in the vanilla.
  4. Add the flour mixture and milk alternately, starting and ending with the flour. Mix until flour is just incorporated. Don’t overmix.
  5. Divide batter evenly into prepared cupcake liners, filling 1/3 full.  Put 2 tsp of lemon curd and then top up with cake mixture

  1. Bake cupcakes for 18-20 minutes Transfer pan to a wire cooling rack and cool completely
