Štrudla sa bademima i čokoladom * Strudel with almonds and chocolate

Ono kad vam ostane lisnatog testa, a ne jede vam se ništa slano  ni sa sirom , ni sa mesom ma ni ostale varijante. A ne želite ni slatke one sa jabukama ili baklavom ili tome slično.
Pa da vidimo šta ima još u špajzu. I beše čokolada i bademi. Eto super onda ćemo štrudlicu sa bademom i čokoladom. Gotova za čas, nisam je nikad ranije pravila, a to da je bila ukusna, je čista sreća 

Sastojci

Oko 6 lisnatih kora
20 g putera za premazivanje kora
100 g putera za ganaš
100 g badema , pola usitnjenih pola mlevenih
150 g čokolade u komadima


Priprema

Predgrejemo rernu na 180 stepeni C
Napravimo ganaš. Komadiće čokolade i puter istopimo, mešajući na niskoj temperaturi.

Bademe kratko ispečemo, pa pola izmeljemo a pola iseckamo nožem
Stavimo 6 kora, pa svaku premažemo dobro istopljenim puterom
Premažemo filom od čokolade
Posepemo mlevene, pa onda seckane bademe


Urolamo i zatvorimo krajeve. Ponovo premažemo puterom



Pečemo oko 25 minuta

Najukusnije je toplo

Strudel with almonds and chocolate

When some puff pastry stay unused and you do not crave any savory dish with it , neither you want sweet and tried often, like apple or baklava or similar.

Lets see what else is in the pantry. Almonds and chocolate . Thats it! Litlle strudel

As you have no idea how that is gonna work you make it and wait. And you are pleasantly surprised. It is quick, it is very tasty.





Ingredients


6 sheets of puff pastry
20 g of butter  for the pastry
100 g of butter for ganache
100 g of almonds, half crushed , halve ground
150 g of chocolate pieces




Create

Preheat oven on 180 Degrees C
Make ganache by melting butter and chocolate on low till everything is nice and shiny.
Put almonds inn the oven. Roast for couple of minutes

Put 6 sheets of pastry on top of each other, after you have buttered each sheet
Put your ganache on the top
Than grounded almonds , than crushed almonds
Roll puff pastry and close tight ends
Brush with butter
Bake for 25 minutes till golden
