Jedan jednostavan, relativno brz za spremiti a veoma ukusan kolač. Ne preporučujem posle obilnog jela ali uz popodnevnu kafu ili čaj je svakako dodatan užitak
Sastojci
Testo
100 g neslanog putera, na sobnoj temperaturi
4 žumanca
1/2 šolje mleka, sobna temperatura
1 3/4 šolje brašna
1 kašičica praška za pecivo
naprstak soli
Šne
4 belanca
1/2 do 3/4 šolje šečera
naprstak soli
Fil
100g krem sira
100 g kisele pavlake
1/2 šolje šečera
1/2 kašičice vanila ekstrakta
nekoliko kapi boje za kolače
1 jaje
Banana fil
3 zrele banane
šećer, po ukusu
1/2 limuna, sok
I još 100 g čokolade
100 g mlevenih oraha
Priprema
Predgrejemo rernu na 180 stepeni Celzija
Pripremimo fil od banane. Usitnimo bababu, dodamo šećer, vanilu i sok od limuna
Pripremimo fil od krem sira kisele pavlake, dodamo šećer u prahu, vanilu i jaje
Pipremimo testo : Umutimo penasto šečer i puter, dodajemo jedno po jedno žumace i sve sjedinimo
Posebno promešamo prosejano brašno, prašak za pecivo i so
Polako usipamo brašno u činiju sa puterom i dodajemo mleko.
Uspemo testo u posudu za pečenje
Na to redjamo: Krem sir fil, pa bananu, pa otopljenu čokoladu i orahe
Stavimo da se peče 20 minuta
Dok se kolaš peče, pripremimo šne
Ulupamo jaja sa ostalim sastojcima dok su postala čvrst šne. Ovo uradimo oko 5 minuta do kraja pečenja kolača.
Kad je kolač pečen sipamo šne na vrh , pa vratimo u rernu., oko 5 minuta dok šne ne porumeni

Cake with walnuts, banana, chocolate and meringue
Cake Batter
100 g room temperature butter, unsalted
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup room temperature milk
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Meringue
4 egg whites
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup granulated sugar
pinch of salt
Cream Cheese Filling
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar, use more as desired
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1egg
Banana Fil
3ripe bananas
sugar to taste
freshly squeezed lemon juice from 1/2 of the lemon
And
100 g of ground walnuts
100g melted chocolate
Create
Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare baking dish , spray with some oil
Prepare banana filling, mash banana , add sugar if desired, lemon juice and vanila essence
Prepare cream cheese and sour cream filling : beat cream cheese until creamy, add sour cream,add powdered sugar, beat in vanilla and egg, set aside.
Prepare cake batter : Cream butter, add powdered sugar, gradually add egg yolks, beat in vanilla.
Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Then alternatively add flour mix and milk into the butter egg yolk mixture.
Fill the tray.
Layer cake batter, cream cheese filling,banana filling., walnuts and melted chocolate
Bake at 375F for 20-22 minutes.
5 minutes before you take the cakes out of the oven make the meringue: beat egg whites with a pinch of salt, granulated sugar over a pot with simmering water. Beat until meringue is glossy and thick and holds the peak. Take the cakes out of the oven and pipe a meringue swirl on the top of the hot cakes, return to the oven and baked until meringue is golden brown.
