Punjeni patlidžan i rolovana piletina* Stuffed Eggplant and bacon wrapped chicken

Pri kraju nedelje kad pogledate u frižider obično se tu nadju ostatci mesa  i povrća koje niste stigli da upotrebite. To je ovde slučaj . Višak patlidžana, mek Tofu, šunka, bok čoi.

Za večeru planirano piletina punjena kiselom pavlakom i zamotana u slaninicu .Odlično da se iskombinuje sa punjenim patlidžanom. Junak ove priče je punjeni patlidžan, a kako da urolujete punjeni pileći file u slaninicu nije nešto komplikovano, pa to preskačem .


Sastojci

2 patlidžana, prepolovljena
1 zeleni luk
75 g mekog tofu


50 g seckane šunke
2 struka bok čoi
malo prezli za posipanje
so , biber i suvi začin , po ukusu
1 kašičica peršuna , seckanog

Priprema

Prvo Ispečemo prepolovljeni patlidžan u rerni.





Izvadimo , kad je pečen untrašnjost i stavimo u činiju
Dodamo: iseckani zeleni luk, mek tofu, iseckanu šunku, bok čoi, začine i pospemo prezlama
Izmešamo i punimo patlidžan. Pečemo 20 minuta na 200 stepeni Celzija.

Sluđimo kao prilog. Kod mene uz rolovanu punjenu piletinu

Stuffed Eggplant and bacon wrapped chicken



It is end of the week. Your fridge has vegetables and meat , which you did not use previous days. Mine did. We planned bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with sour cream and from leftover meat and vegetables , stuffed eggplant. Great meal.
As in this post eggplant is a hero will not go on about recipe for wrapped chicken, there are many of those on the net

Ingredients

2 halved eggplants
1 green onion, finely chopped
75 g soft Tofu
2 pcs of Bok Choi, sliced
parsley, salt and pepper , to taste
some breadcrumbs for the topping



Create

First roast halved eggplant which you oiled a little and sprinkled with some salt for 20 minutes at 200 Degrees C

Scoop it out and put in the bowl. Add: sliced green onion, soft tofu, cut bok choi sliced ham and herbs. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for another 20 minutes at 200 Degrees C
